Very basic, but does the job. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Very close to the base, which is what we needed. We will use it again on our next trip to visit my son. Couldn't get Nintendo to work, the kids weren't too happy over that but they got over it. Maybe could use a knife to cut with while cooking but got thru that. Thank you.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The hosts were responsive, thoughtful, and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect—peaceful, convenient, and close to everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Owner was fantastic!

Communication with the owner was fantastic. Very welcoming and very accommodating. The only issues we had was with the dirty sheets. This however isn’t an owner problem. Discussed this with the Owner and he assured he was going to handle it. The house was clean, did have the smell of pets but that was to be expected. Over all the stay was good.

This was the perfect pet friendly home for our family of two adults and three grandboys. The beds were comfy, the neighborhood was safe, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed. Check in was extremely easy and the hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had, I would highly recommend this property to any one in the Charleston area

It was a very cozy and charming home. We were 30 mins from everywhere we needed to be. Most important was our relatives. Due to the rain we could not use the backyard but there was nothing anyone could do.

Easy Vacation!

Overall, the property was great and the hosts were most gracious! From check in to check out, we had an easy and clean experience. When I say clean, I mean clean! The property was spotless! Our dog loved the backyard as well and the neighborhood was quiet. Pretty easy to get Charleston as well. I would highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a little space from the big city.

Small but nice house

Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Nice backyard area with new table/chairs. We did not have any issues with our stay. Quick and easy communication with owner. Only negative I had was there were 6 of us and no where to put our towels after a shower. It would be nice to have hooks on the back of the door or something similar. The shower curtain rod was rusted so we couldn’t hang them there either. Overall, it worked well for us.

Good for a short stay

The property managers were great and got us checked in early when requested. The check in process was quick and easy. The property was pretty clean except the shower rod and curtain were kinda gross and rusted - definitely should’ve been changed a long time ago, and appliances like fridge and stove seemed older. The neighborhood didn’t seem like it was in the best area but overall good deal for the property.

Nice little getaway

It was a nice little get away for a few days. We came down for a concert in Charleston. We ended up going to Folly Beach, which was great. House could be a little cleaner. It was dusty. But nothing too bad. We were disappointed the Nintendo wasn’t there as stated but it didn’t mess up our trip. My dog loved the fenced in back yard. I liked that it had a carport as well. The stove and knives could use some updating as we had issues using both. There is a full body mirror in one of the closets we discovered on the last night. It definitely would’ve been of good use if we had known about it lol. Overall it was a fun stay and I would definitely stay again! We enjoyed our trip!

Great little house

The house was clean , simple , easy access,Enjoyed the stay. Being the age I am the only thing I would say is the bottom of tub was slick and I was afraid of falling but other than that- great weekend !

Charleston area R&R

The house was exactly as described. It was just a 15 minute drive to downtown and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and had everything you need. The backyard was fenced and perfect for our dog. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with and gave great detailed instructions. Highly recommend if you want quiet and dog friendly. The property was located close to base, which made it super convenient for us. The house was clean and communication from hosts was great. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Great fenced backyard. We enjoyed being able to cook some food on the grill. Also super convenient to be able to do laundry before catching our flight back home.

very clean and close to base!

The property is very clean and super close to base where our family member is training. Only thing missing was outdoor seating as the weather was amazing when we were there.

Overall it was a good stay. There were a few minor hiccups but nothing that wasn’t addressed or offered to be addressed. The communication from the host was excellent. I would definitely book again.

Excellent choice for small family with pet or travelers.

Very clean, well maintained, certainly not a resort but 30-45 minutes to beach and downtown and tourist attractions. 10 minutes to water park and close to shopping. Large fenced back yard for fur baby. We may book again in December when our new grand child is born.
