Nice private loft apartment just 1/2 block from Liberty Park! Sits on a quiet Street, minutes from downtown Salt Lake City via bike, or car. 45 minute drive from Park City, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude! Plenty of restaurants & Brew Pubs close by.

This Victorian house was built in 1907 and has lots of history & charm! The updated Loft apt is located upstairs & the private entrance is located around the back on the left.

Apartment includes full kitchen with fridge, electric stove, microwave-oven, and coffeemaker. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, dishes and glassware.

High Speed 1 Gig Google Fiber internet
With booster upstairs

It has a large private outdoor patio. Smoking outside on the patio is ok. No indoor smoking

Beautiful, quiet location within minutes from food, shopping, and entertainment. Downtown Salt lake was less than 15 minutes away. Our hosts made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, even offering to help carry our bags up the stairs to the loft.This was a cozy little hideaway nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by the beautiful mountains of SLC, I would definitely go back on future trips!!!!

The unit was cute. We didn’t need much, but this was stocked with what we did. The coffee station was very helpful. A note, if stairs are a challenge, this would not be an ideal place. But if that isn’t a problem, it’s a wonderful little place for two people.
