Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel warm and inviting. The beds were incredibly comfortable — we all slept so well!We especially loved spending our evenings by the fire pit, relaxing under the stars and soaking in the peaceful mountain air. The location was perfect — close to great attractions, shops, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel private and serene. 🏔️🔥Monica was an exceptional host! Her communication was excellent, and she was kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Her genuine hospitality made us feel right at home and truly cared for.We had such a wonderful experience celebrating our trio birthday getaway here and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a host who goes above and beyond. We can’t wait to return! 🤎✨

The private stay and the kids loved the room to run and be able to play on the playground. This home was very clean and I would recommend to anyone who wants a spacious are for a bigger family. The chalet was awesome and there was another room that privately secluded to just a room with bathroom and all. This place was 10/10 for my stays in pigeon forge and will definitely rent again.

The property was in a great location. You could hear the train from Dollywood it was so close. Amenities in the house were as described the kids loved the pool table and hot tub.

This house was perfect for our family of 11. Our favorite place to gather was the patio with its comfortable rockers and swing. The only disappointment was the fire pit would not work. The kitchen was big enough to accommodate us and we were surprised to find a waffle maker that was well used. We loved the theater room with its comfortable couches and access to streaming channels. The men loved the game room with the pool table. What I liked is there was room for us to be together, but also space for us to separate. It was also so nice to be able to relax in the pool which was wonderful. Check in was a breeze, we were given codes for the doors and they worked perfectly.I definitely will stay here again.

Amazing! Plenty of space for our large family to spread out, close enough to town to enjoy the touristy aspect of both towns, yet far enough away to feel secluded! Loved the pool and the outside seating area!

Wonderful week

In the words of my 9-year-old granddaughter, the house was the "awesomest". It was perfect for our extended family of 15, which included us, our four children and spouses, and seven grandchildren, one of whom is Level 1 autistic. It is on a very quiet road with little traffic, even though it is very close to Pigeon Forge and maybe 5 minutes from the Dollywood entrance. We sat out every night on the patio and just enjoyed the ambiance. The house itself is one floor, with no steps even at the entrance. The bedrooms are nicely spaced, so that the individual families felt they had privacy. The two large game rooms kept the grandkids fully occupied. A bonus was the stand-alone gaming console with classic games. It was in constant use, even by the grownups. The pool was just the right size for us, and I liked that it was possible to sit under the shade structure and watch the kids play. A great feature is that two of the bedrooms have separate entrances, so that we as the grandparents were able to wake up at leisure and walk the few steps back to the house to find breakfast fully underway. The layout of everything being on one floor, with one long hallway connecting everything, made us feel like we were all together, even though lots of different activities were going on. The two living/family rooms were far enough apart that sound from the TVs did not travel, and still we could be at the long kitchen table with a board game going on while parents could engage in conversation and still be supervising children. Hosts were extremely attentive, and were constantly checking to see if we needed anything. The pool tech stopped by for a midweek cleaning, and a local maintenance person came by to offer anything we needed. I felt very supported. It really was the perfect house for our family. The best elements of our stay were the privacy of the location while still being so close to everything we wanted to do, the layout of the house, and the responsiveness of the hosts. It was also sparkling clean and well-appointed, with plenty of plates/silverware and kitchen appliances (even a waffle iron). Checkout instructions were reasonable and easy to follow. Good memories for everyone.

Tons of space and amenities for everyone in our family. Some issues with the fire pit and pool heat, but management did resolve them. It was very close to Dollywood. We would definitely book this home again.

Best family vacation!!

This house was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room for everyone and then some. Weather was a little cool for the adults but the kids loved the pool and then warmed up in the hot tub when done swimming. Basketball hoop and swingset was a big plus for kids ranging from 3-16. The Outdoor patio was where we spent the majority of our time when we were home enjoying the fire pit, making smores, eating meals and enjoying the quietness of the mountains. The house is perfectly located for all attractions, shopping, and quick trips to the grocery store. Beds were comfortable and house was extremely clean. Have no complaints at all. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your house. Truly one of our best vacations and experiences.

Beware! Owner and management company do not care!

The communication with the owner was terrible. Long response time except to blame us for problems with the home. Pool was dirty. Home had cobwebs that have been therr for months. Propane was empty for fire table. Had to get that filled out of our pocket.Paid for pool heat when promised pool would be cleaned. Never got clean and requested refund for the heat because couldn't use the pool. I have requested numerous times and still have not received and just ignored. The sink was cloged and let her know. Said cleaners said was fine and we must have done something. I have never been treated so poorly by any homes we have rented. I reached out to management company and they have yet to do anything. Beware! They scammed me out of money and couldn't use some of the things in the listing. Remotes missing as well.Good location but give your money to an owner who cares and management company that actually wants repeat customers

Pleasant stay

Lots of bedrooms for sleeping and rooms for activities. In winter so didn't use outdoor space. 2 Complaints. 1) primary bedroom was too hot and rest of house too cold. 2) when used both microwave and toaster threw a breaker.

Great location not far from town but not right in the middle of busy roads. Lots of room loved the house! Plan to do a summer trip to enjoy the pool!

Girls trip. Place was one level, which was wonderful change from 2, 3, or 4 story cabin. Especially loved covered porch with fire pit and lots of seating for large group. Our contact was Monica, always upbeat and accomodating!!

Nice and private but definitely had some issues

Overall, it was a nice house and stay. It was roomy and felt private yet it was close to town. They say the good outweighs the bad so here are the bad things that stuck out while staying here. The communication with the owners was nonexistent. I sent messages weeks before my booking and while there, no response. My friend had to clean the pool, backwash the pool filter, and pulled a grocery bag sized amount of hair out. It was gross. The house itself had a bunch of tiny notes all around the patio, some you couldn’t see because of the placement and how they blended in to the wall. They definitely need to type EVERYTHING up on one page and hang it on the fridge or something so they can actually be seen. The beds were very uncomfortable unfortunately. The microwave was broken and the washer and dryer is located in the closet of someone’s bedroom. Also, the check in info had a few door codes on it, some were obviously old and didn’t work on any of the locks. Thank goodness the correct ones were also on there because as I said, we couldn’t get in touch with anyone.

June Vacation

A nice large home for our big family. The pool was a very nice touch for the kids. Overall the pool was great with plenty of seating. However, none of the pool furniture appeared to have been cleaned for the season, so we spent a few hours cleaning it all. The projector TV and game system in the home were nice. Enjoyed the patio area at night. We had toilet issues the first day of our stay, but the owner promptly got the plumber out (Sunday) to fix it. A number of burnt out light bulbs. The home was spacious and nice overall. Owner very pleasant. Enjoyed our stay.

It was just beautiful would recommend it to my family and friends everything inside was what I expected it to be so clean everything you needed inside and out just wonderful all around love the mountains
