Unlike many cabins perched high on steep, winding roads, Wears Modern is easy to reach and features a spacious yard where kids can roam freely while adults kick back and unwind. With thoughtful design, luxury amenities, and the best of the Smokys right at your doorstep, this cabin is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and adventure.

Inside, you’ll find 2,600 sq. ft. of bright, open living space with natural wood tones, white walls, and modern mountain style. The inviting living room features a cozy gas fireplace and Roku-equipped TVs, while the game room offers a pool table, sleeper sofa, retro arcade table with 60+ games, and plenty of space for fun. A well-stocked kitchen and coffee station make cooking and gathering easy, while fresh towels, soaps, high-speed WiFi, and reliable cell service ensure your stay is stress-free.

Step outside to enjoy everything the Smokys are known for. Soak in the HydroPool Swim Spa (a relaxing pool/hot tub for up to 10+ adults or a kid-friendly plunge pool in summer), gather around the wood-burning fire pit, or take in mountain views from the spacious back deck. The backyard is made for family fun, complete with cornhole and giant Jenga, while the covered front porch is perfect for a morning coffee or evening wind-down. Guests also enjoy complimentary access to Honeysuckle Pool & Deli, just five minutes away.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Wears Modern. Seven adults and eight wonderful grandchildren- plenty of room for all of us! The location is amazing! So nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge - but only a short 20 minute drive away!Truly enjoyed our stay and likely will be back next year!!

Perfect amount of space for all of us. Cabin was decorated beautifully. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable! Not far from restaurants and an easy drive to Dollywood. We would absolutely stay here again!

From the very beginning conversations to the end of this trip…all great things to say about this rental! We’ve stayed in a lot of places and this was one of the best. The owners were most helpful. Slight maintenance issue was resolved quickly. The rooms are all decorated beautifully. The house was clean! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was huge…plenty of room for everyone!!! The road/driveway was easy to get up. Loved the pool table for evening games and front covered porch for morning coffee! Would definitely rent again!

Fantastic location and view. We loved the fire pit and all 13 of us fit in the large hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated our hosts who were so easy to work with and responded quickly to all my questions. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation, we all came away with lots of memorable moments including seeing a bear along the roadside on the way to the store. Our favorite places were Townsend Wye, the caverns, and Douglas Lake.

Beautiful, family friendly stay

This house was perfect for our family! We had such a good time and felt right at home as soon as we opened the door. Comfy beds, plenty of space for games and relaxing. Kiddos had the “best week ever” and parents and grandparents were able to relax and enjoy themselves. Owners were so responsive and check in and out were simple. Close to fun activities, antique stores, and dining. Access to the community pool and fishing pond was an added bonus for our family and super convenient. 10/10 recommend this property for your family or friend vacay!

Great family location with awesome spa hot tub!

Our family had great quality time together, 3 grandsons, parents and grandparents. Spa tub was a hit and we enjoyed Jenga and board games before bed. Plenty of room and close to attractions. Would stay again.

We love Eastern TN and have family in the area. This property stood out as it gave us the secluded feel as well as a view and a yard for our family to have fun in. Hard to find all of that in the Smokies! We also love interior design and found this cabin to be a blank canvas allowing us to make it a unique mountain experience.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You will find a lot of cabins with smaller hot tubs, we have a giant swim spa! This allows the whole group to get in and relax together. It also allows for the young ones to play in the fountain and swim during the day. You'll also find lots of cabins with plaid and black bear decor. We wanted to offer a cabin with updated mountain decor to create an open airy feel creating a unique experience in the area!
