On The 18th Green (formerly named The Spitting Llama) is a stunning 1,812 sq. foot home featuring 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. This luxury villa is tastefully furnished with all the upgrades you could desire, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan ensures quiet and private bedrooms, providing an ideal retreat.

Whether you seek relaxation or plan to immerse yourself in the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family rooms.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, explore a network of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, experience world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and take in breathtaking views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.

Perfect vacation spot

This was a great place to stay, spacious, clean and furnished with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts. It was close and easy to get to Snow Canyon, Tuacahn and downtown St. George.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. It was very clean and modern with a great view of the golf course. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in we appreciated the tv's in the room. I'd definitely return to this property!

We enjoyed our stay! Especially appreciated close proximity to pool (heated!) and pickleball courts. The view out back patio is very beautiful. We loved that we could get to snow canyon in 5 minutes. We will be back!

Beautiful Location

Rental was easy to find, very clean and comfortable. Only issues were outdoor furniture needed maintenance and the dryer did not work. Other than that, very pleasant stay.

Great stay

Perfect place to hit Zion, only negative thing was reiterating the earlier post about the crowds at pool. No Covid precautions going on there, family called it the “Covid Cess Pool”
