Welcome to the View!

Entertain your family and friends with room to relax in this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath 1750 square foot Las Palmas condo. Enjoy the tastefully decorated, spacious living area and kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, and walk-out patio/yard that opens up to a seriously gorgeous view.

The kitchen has everything including a coffee maker, blender, a small crock pot, popcorn popper, hand mixer, a griddle, microwave, and ice/water dispenser. The dining table seats 6 and it can expand to seat 10 plus 3 more at the bar.

Fully furnished, washer & dryer, free wi-fi with high-speed internet, baby crib, high chair, extra bedding, private patio with porch swing and BBQ. The master has a king bed, jetted tub, and private entrance to the patio and flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, desk, and flatscreen Tv. Bedroom 3 sleeps 3 with a queen and twin bed. There are four sleeping pads for extra sleepers.

For Entertainment.... Soak and play in one of 6 pools (including Club House pools & splash pad) hot tubs and play areas, pickle ball, volleyball, ping pong, and weight room. Visit Zion's Canyon, Snow Canyon, and Tuacahn Theater which are all just are a short driving distance. Enjoy some of the best mountain biking trails that start near the condo. Take a walk on the Las Palmas walking trails and enjoy the beautiful grounds plentiful with mature Palm Trees. Relax with a movie on the 65" smart TV with Netflix and Amazon. An amazing golf trip

Very comfortable and homey!

Very comfortable, well decorated and easy to access ground floor unit. It had all of the utensils and seasonings we needed along and some other extras. We have stayed in 7 other condos in Las Palmas over the past 20 years and this was by far our favorite!

Amazinggg! Relaxing place to get away. Gorgeous and spacious condo that comfortably fits your family. We enjoyed cooking together and afterwards taking a dip. The host was so gracious and didnt miss a beat. She even overnighted a new TV remote for one of the TV's. Highly recommend!!

Travel Ball Tournament Fun

Overall the experience and communication and property was perfect. The unit itself was excellent! Perfect size for 2 families of 3 for a week with all the amenities including the gas grill and all the pools and walking trails and beautiful views. Close to all the fields and plenty of dining options, gas stations, highways in close proximity.

Great place!

We loved staying at Las Palmas. It is in a great location with a beautiful view. The condo is beautiful and very well kept. Perfect for our family. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well! I would for sure stay here again.

Perfect relaxing, no hassle getaway

We loved our short stay at the View hosted by McKell. It was so simple and easy and the place was clean, very comfortable and well stocked. The host had taken great care to set up the apartment for a relaxing stay. The ground floor location with beautiful view out the back was perfect. Highly recommend as a base to lay back, or explore all the St George area has to offer.

My husband, Tim and I live in South Jordan. Tim works in the insurance industry. I own and operate Skye Dental Systems (Express Whitening products) and have recently started a non-profit music organization. I purchased this condo a few years ago with some good friends of ours. The two families share it. My husband was leading a youth expedition in India at the time I came across this opportunity. He happened to call home April fools day when I told him that he just bought a St. George condo (which I knew he wanted). He actually didn't believe me until he came home later and saw it for himself. We got busy updating it and it has become a little getaway haven for us and we absolutely love it!

Why they chose this property

St. George is a 4 hour drive for us so it feels like getting away without booking a flight. x I love getting away with my family and the stillness of the outdoors where our place is. Las Palmas is on the quiet side of the bluff which adds to that "getaway" feeling. Swimming, sunshine, and a good book makes for the ultimate relaxation for me. Add quality family time and that's a perfect little vacation.

What makes this property unique

In my humble opinion our place has the most spectacular view possible in the St. George area. The living area (dining, kitchen, reading nook, living room, entry) is the largest of any plan in Las Palmas.
