The space

The Space: Vinhomes Central Park is a luxury accommodation in HCMC.

This is a first class condo with outstanding in aspects from location, view to facilities, ensuring you a perfect stay in Saigon.

Pool & Gym are available during your stay. Gym located on first floor of Landmark 6 and pool is outdoor pool. From Management new policies, you need FINGERPRINTS to access the gym and pool but they only support to register fingerprints for any guests who stay longer than 5 days.

Located on the high floor of Landmark 6, this 4 BR condo was designed and prepared equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The living room has a big couch, arm chair and big Sony flat screen 4k TV with cable network when you want to watch some TV series. in comfort, a window comfort seat for when you want to read a book while enjoying perfect view, a dining table to enjoy a nice home cooked meal or you can use it as desk if working. We also set up working corner for you in the property. We have fully equipped kitchen to make your morning home breakfast - please feel free to make yourself at home.

The bedrooms have firm but comfortable mattresses, we have extra topper on the mattress, a 4K TV with cable TV is every rooms, and windows that bring in plenty of natural light to brighten up your stay and great view from Saigon River and Landmark 81 square, Bathroom is shower with a soap, shampoo, shower gel and hot water. We also have your own washer and celling clothes laundry rack to do your laundry at your own place. We do cleaning and laundry service for you if need. This condo is perfect for vacation and instant worthy!

The property is next to Landmark 81, a highest skyscraper in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. We also have a beautiful and huge nature park around the building. Beside the park, we have a harbor for water bus, canoes and yacht in and out.

*Surveillance Camera always on live in the dining room and connect to our security department. Following our goverment protection laws, law enforcement request to set up camera there for your own safety, anti-prostitution, anti-criminal, anti-thief and anti-drug actives in house.

Don't forgot to check out our beautiful City Garden along Saigon River. You can breath in the fresh air and feeling relax in middle of busy city, Saigon

***Housekeeping Schedule:
+ Basic cleaning: every third day of your stay
+ Changing beddings: every sixth day of your stay.

If you are requested to changing out of the schedule then we have to charge you 45$ cleaning fee.

Guest access

No curfew. 24h access.

You will have your own condo with your own keys, private entrance and exit, no share with other guests or owner. You will need to have the key card with you all the time to access the building, gym and pool area

You are able to walk in and out as your home, so please take advantage of other facilities in the building such as gym and pool.

You have a gym with modern equipment on the first floor of Landmark 6, as well as convenience store for all your need that closes at 22:00 but no worry , a 7/11 open 24/7 at the ground floor of Landmark 1.

The bank and ATM is at the ground floor of landmark 1 too.

The reception area and host are also available 24/7 should you have any immediate issue.

Interaction with guests

We respect the privacy of our guests but we will always be there when you should ever need anything. We live in the apartment close by you so we can show up anytime.

Please feel free to contact me when you have any question of if there is maintenance problem in the unit( e,g. water leak, electrical issues). I am always available for assistance during your stay via phone, Airbnb message, iMessage, watsap, Viber, Zalo.

Some days in weeks i have busy schedule, I can’t help you then my staffs will come to meet you and support you.

Other things to note

-Suitable for group or family. Maximum 10 people.

**Visa: You need visa to get into Vietnam from some nationality, please make sure you are on the right track to enter Vietnam.

Upon your arrival day we will meet you at the lobby to take you to your apartment. Please inform us beforehand about your flight arrival details, such as your arrival time, check in time or flight numbers as soon as possible.

*Check in: you may be able to check in our house early, before check in time, if our house is available and ready. If not you have to wait at the lobby or the coffee shop on the ground floor.

*Check out: sometimes we are not at our places when you check out, please turn off all electricity, close the doors, then leave the key card in the mailbox at the lobby floor.

-All information about tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping mall, supermarket, entertainment services in Ho Chi Minh will be noted in the guidebook. For further information, please feel free to contact me at anytime

Addition rule

☄️NO usage and handling of any forms of Drugs in the place at all time!!!

☄️SNEAKING IN EXTRA PEOPLE IS THIEF- Only the number of people booked are permitted to stay overnight on the property.Unregistered Guest is not welcome in my Apartments and Security will kick them out. In case, you violated this rule many times then I will collect extra guests service fee or request you out of the Apartment without refund money to you. The house is monitored.

☄️REMOVE your shoes at the main door. This is Vietnamese and Asia custom. We will give you a pair of slippers to wear in the room.

☄️ Bring you own personal staff such as toothbrush, toothpaste, etc or get them at 7/11 because our apartment cut off PLASTIC WASTE and Amavi Apartment support a GREEN EARTH programs

☄️Quiet hours: 11:00pm to 7:30am. Lower volume of your TV and speaker please!

☄️ Collect and Throw trash before midnight.

☄️TURN OFF everything (TV,light, air conditioning ...) when you don’t use or go outside the house(saving energy saving the Earth). Extra charge might apply once you waste too much electricity and water.

☄️Make sure THE DOORS and WINDOWS are CLOSED before going out.

☄️The KEYCARD is property of the building. Loss of key would be subject to penalty of USD 50. Please inform me as soon as possible if the key card is lost.
