Very nice spot. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of space and lots of things to do. The pool was nice and clean. The umbrellas outside by the pool were broken and not useable which was a bit of shame as the sun was so hot when we went and it would have been nice to have some shade. Also checking was an issue for us on arrival because we couldn’t unlock the front door with the self check in function. We had to call the company and they explained to us that we had to pull hard on the door as it unlocks and then you can open. Overall that took us about 15 minutes to get inside. Would have been nice if those instructions were included on the initial welcome guide e.g. once you enter the code please pull hard on the door when you hear the door unlocking. Thanks!

Outstanding!

This property is our families all time favorite VRBO. We had 8 adults and 5 kids under the age of 9 along with our dogs. The finished garage was a great hangout, as was the pool and hot tub. Everyone was able to relax as there was plenty of comfy seating. It’s located close to downtown shopping and the beach. We would love to rent this home again in the future. It has everything you could want or need for a fabulous vacation.

Wonderful family vacation

The house had everything we needed for our week long stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all you would need for cooking. There was plenty of space, sitting and playing areas for all. The pool and hot tub were a hit with everyone! The host was very quick to reply to any question I had. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Home!

The home was big and had great flow. Allowed us to spread out and enjoy everyone’s company. Great hot tub and pool. Pool could have been a little warmer/cleaner but overall great. Location was awesome, not too far from the highway and 5 minutes from downtown.

Taste of Haven

The house was beautiful. Very comfortable and decorated beautifully plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool, hot tub, screamed gazebo were all perfect for our family to relax and have fun together. The grounds were beautiful. The garage was equipped with a ping pong table where we played many games. My only recommendation would be to sweep the garage periodically as there were several cobwebs and it needed to be cleaned up. The only other issue was the grill was very dirty. My husband and my son had to clean it before we were able to use it to cook our dinner! other than that the house was beautiful. It would be nice if it was a little closer to the beach and you could walk but it was wonderful.

Family Getaway

My husband, brother- and sister in law along with their grandsons had a wonderful time just relaxing. Mornings were spent enjoying coffee on the screened porch. We cooked out on the grill for family dinners. The boys enjoyed playing ping pong and swimming. The entire house was perfect for all of us. Would easily recommend to others.

Girls weekend

This property was perfect for a girls weekend to celebrate our bride-to-be. It was clean, had a ton of space for our guests, and a great outdoor space. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit! Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect house!

The house was great! The variety of outdoor seating was so nice to have since we had such beautiful weather! I also loved the screened porch! It was also easy to communicate with the property manager with questions prior to the stay! Would definitely stay at this house again!

Great house for extended family

We really enjoyed this house. There are plenty of bathrooms and beds, as well as multiple televisions if everyone doesn’t agree on what they want to watch. The house is stocked with board games and puzzles. We loved the pool and hot tub. The kids swam twice a day most days, even though they also went to the lake! The house is closeby to meijer and a large farm stand so getting groceries was easy!

Beautiful home

This house is amazing! We were two families and loved our stay there. It was very comfortable and well-maintained. We loved spending time in the pool, hot tub, and screened-in porch. The kids enjoyed playing ping pong. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

No Need To Leave

We just wanted a quick getaway with some family friends--basically another couch to quarantine on. We never left the property and the kids had a blast. The bunk room was the main attraction, followed by the hot tub and the TVs that made gaming easy. Wonderful space for a couple families looking to lounge around a house for a weekend.

Girls Weekend Heaven

If you’re looking for a perfect house for a girls weekend or family vacation, this home is it. It was absolutely beautiful, and well equipped with everything you need. The pool and hot tub were lovely. The only negative thing is there were several lounge chairs that were broken and there were 14 of us. But it never affected us enjoying our stay. Beach Walk Properties was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this rental. We would absolutely rent again.

Wonderful Place

This was our first time in South Haven. Our family is spread out all over the country but South Haven was perfect for the 2 grandchildren and parents as they are closeby in Indiana. The owners thought of EVERYTHING! Toys and supplies for the pool, sticks for S'mores by the fire, books, games, DVDs, a ping pong table!! I highly recommend!

Beautiful home/Great location

My husband was in town working (off season) so we didn't use the pool but the hot tub was nice. The house is fantastic, spotless and equipped with every thoughtful item you can imagine. The lay out is great if you have 2 families or more, open, split-level basement and plenty of spaces to inhabit. My son and I loved playing ping-pong in the garage. Watching movies in front of the fireplace, the trip to the dog beach and boutique shopping in downtown South Haven (5 minutes away). The house backs up to a wooded area and feels very private and secluded and yet it's so close to the beach and S.H. activities. We would really love to come back here in the summer.. Actually would have booked it to come back but was already sold out. I would have been over-the-moon if the communication was better. I base this off my previous VRBO experiences and great communication with them. Here you have to call, leave a message (during business hours) and hope they get back to you in a timely manner. I think it's because even though booked through VRBO the rental property agency takes it from there. All in all I would give it 5 Stars.

Great Getaway

Loved everything about the house. Their attention to detail is first-rate with a very well stocked house (lots of towels, regular coffee maker, Kuerig, every glass or dish you could ever need, etc). We didn't leave the house so it was great to have so many fun things there, hot tub, dvds, bags, ping pong, and board games. The only issue was we found a few bugs, including a tick, but that's probably to be expected as the property is surrounded by trees. Would def go back if it's available.
