City Farm Cottage

This very cute, NON-SMOKING, 780 sq ft cottage is very spacious! The bedroom can accommodate 3 adults comfortably. There are two couches (NOT pull-outs), as well as a pack n play. Washer and dryer in unit. WiFi, streaming tv and full kitchen. Make your stay extra convenient by taking advantage of our property manager who doubles as a personal chef. Inquire about our pre-made meals for extra convenience!

Great location!

This was the perfect location to get to spring training games, ASU, and various hikes. Home was clean and offered everything we needed, and the host was very responsive. Would stay here again.

Unique Cottage

Private,quiet,well- located.Ample space and washer & dryer were a big plus. The two tortoises & the chickens were a big hit with our toddler grandchildren.All in all, the cottage was comfortable and convenient and we enjoyed our stay.

The property was better than expected. A lot of Phoenix motels I read about had sketchy neighborhoods and homeless folks wandering around, but this was a nice neighborhood. The owner was wonderful.

Comfortable and Unique

The location of the property was extremely convenient. It’s easy to find, there’s always a place to park and close to the airport. The check in and check out process was seamless. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in for quite a while. The chickens and tortoises were a nice touch.

Great spot for young family

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage and the family was very nice. Our son enjoyed the chickens and tortoises every morning and hanging with the kids in the evening. Tajsha was a great host and had several suggestions to get that local experience. All in all we would stay here again if back in the area.

Perfect all around rental

Cute little place

Property has a very cozy feel. Place was perfect for my husband, daughter, and I, as our daughter doesn't like to sleep alone. Location seemed to be centrally located for our Spring Training and going to the different stadiums.

Perfect experience

Glendale comfort

A very nice and spacious detached bungalow, it was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and pillows plentiful. The chickens were friendly and quiet. Located on a busy street, the sound didn’t reach the bungalow. I forgot and left some shoes behind and I was able to quickly go by and pick them up on the way to airport. A very nice stay

Comfortable and Quiet

This is a great property with easy access to everything you want to visit in Phoenix. Everything was clean, well maintained, and as advertised.A few unique items that made the stay extra fun:* A record player in the main room with a stack of records to play brought back memories.* A few chickens in the yard that were just interested enough to approach us, but cautious enough to always keep their distance.*A large tortoise outside that always knew the best spots to find some sun.Tajsha was an amazing and friendly host and we would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful value. Very comfortable, spotless, well maintained. Tajsha is a great hostess. When we arrived there was a welcome sign and basket of fruit and snacks. Kitchen is well equipped. We had 5 people. Plenty of hot water, washer and dryer to keep Matthew's baseball uniform clean. Enjoyed are stay and will be back. Very centrally located, Frys Grocery. Walmart, Starbucks. Restaurants, Rx all very close.

Perfection

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, dishes and even some snacks and beverages ready for us upon arrival. The home was extremely clean!! We saved all our veggie and fruit scraps and had so much fun feeding the chickens and tortoises. Asparagus was a fan favorite!! Super accommodating and comfortable for a family. Extra bedding and linen, pillows, and a fully stocked washer/dryer was provided. The host was super accommodating and such a delight to share time with. She checked on us regularly via text to make sure we had everything we needed, even suggested a fun farmer’s market to attend. We will absolutely book again.

We highly recommend the City Farm Cottage for your stay. It is very comfortable, has literally everything you might require for a one day or two week stay. Great location for our needs, conveniently located for exploring all areas of the Valley, easy access to major highways, yet very quiet. We especially enjoyed the tortoises, wish we could have smuggled one home in our luggage .First rate accommodations!!
