This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home sleeps up to 12 guests and combines the character of a true mountain retreat with the comforts of home. Warm jewel tones, hand-painted details, custom finishes, and expansive views of the Tenmile Range give the house a character all its own.

Gather Together
The heart of the home is the open great room, kitchen, and dining area, where large windows frame beautiful mountain views.

The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, generous counter space, and a large granite island with seating for three. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats 8–10, making it easy to enjoy everything from leisurely breakfasts before a day on the mountain to family dinners at the end of the day.

Just off the main living area, the parlor provides another comfortable space to relax and includes a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.

The home's layout works especially well for extended families and groups traveling together, with bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces spread across three levels.

One of our favorite features of the house is the spacious lower level. It creates an entirely separate gathering space and works especially well for families traveling together.

Settle into the oversized sectional for a movie, challenge someone to foosball or darts, or gather around the full-size wet bar. The lower level also includes a full-size refrigerator and large television, along with the additional sleeping accommodations.
It's a comfortable space where kids and teens can have a little independence while the adults enjoy the main level upstairs.

Your Own Outdoor Mountain Retreat
After skiing, hiking, shopping, or exploring Breckenridge, come home and unwind on the private back patio.

Enjoy a soak in the private hot tub, warm up beside the outdoor gas fireplace, or cook dinner on the gas grill while enjoying the crisp mountain air.

It's an especially wonderful place to end a snowy Breckenridge evening.

Walk to the Best of Breckenridge
One of the best things about 108 Klack is its location.

The home is tucked into a residential setting while still putting you within easy reach of downtown Breckenridge. Walk to Main Street for restaurants, shopping, and exploring, head to nearby Carter Park for sledding and tubing, or visit the Breckenridge Ice Arena for skating.

When it's time to ski, the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop is approximately two blocks away on French Street, providing convenient access to the slopes without having to load everyone into the car.

Location - This custom home is an easy walk to the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle, ice skating at the Breckenridge Ice Arena, sledding & tubing at Carter Park, as well as charming Main Street offering numerous shopping and dining options. The shuttle stop is located approximately 2 blocks away on French Street, giving you easy ski slope access within minutes.

Amenities - The lower level living area is filled with fun activities and is perfect for large families or groups. Bring everyone together with a game of foosball or darts. Or, simply relax on the huge sofa. There is a full-sized wet bar, wine refrigerator and full size refrigerator.

Additionally, the back patio features a private hot tub, gas fireplace and a gas grill.
