Moose Run Lodge is a beautiful, tri-level, large (4000 sq. ft.) family home in Breckenridge on 1/2 acre in that can easily handle groups of up to 14-16 people with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, and an outdoor deck with hot tub.

Located less than a mile from Main Street in a quiet area at the south end of Breckenridge (near the train museum and ice rink), it’s private but still close enough for easy access to enjoy all of Breck’s great dining, shopping and entertainment. There is a shuttle stop and parking lot for skiing approximately 8 blocks from the house by the ice rink. We keep 6 mountain bikes (3A, 3Y) with helmets on property for our guests use for the short ride into town or to ride on the many trails in and around Breckenridge.

Home is recently remodeled with gourmet kitchen appliances and premium amenities.

The kitchen is completely renovated and updated with all new appliances. We have a new built-in Miele coffee maker for homemade coffee's and expresso's. There is a 6 burner Thermador gas range with double oven below, stand alone Keurig coffee maker, and wine refrigerator. The formal dining area table seats 10, plus there’s island seating in the kitchen. We provide basic kitchen and laundry supplies for guests during their stay (paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing and laundry detergents etc.)

Newly installed whole home integrated digital home entertainment system with all new Smart Tv's and Roku's. There is 1 GB speed internet and Wi-Fi throughout the house. Comcast Xfinity Premium Package with 220 + channels.

The main level features the kitchen, a master bedroom with bathroom and two main living areas. There is a great room off the kitchen with a stone fireplace and large LCD TV, plus a bonus living room area with a sleeper sofa and arm chair surrounding a beautiful stone gas fireplace with LCD TV.

There is a large deck off the main living area with a hot tub and a wrought iron patio table that seats eight. For cooking outdoors there is a new large gas grill plus a traditional Weber Charcoal Grill for old school grillers.

One the Main level there is a master bedroom on the main level with a king size bed and an LCD TV and private bathroom.

Upstairs, there is large master suite with private balcony that features a king bed, a large private bathroom with a newly re-modelled walk-in tile shower and brand new soaker tub.

There are two queen bedrooms on this level, too, as well as a recently renovated Jack and Jill bathroom.

Also, on this level there is a loft/reading nook with seating area and Apple IMac computer.

There is a dedicated laundry room on the upper level with a new full size washer and dryer. We provide laundry supplies for you.

The lower level can be used as a kid or family zone. There are 2 additional bedrooms that each feature Captain bunk beds (twin on Top and full on the Bottom). There is also a sectional sleeper sofa with bedding in the main area. There is a 3/4 newly renovated bathroom on this level.

There’s also a lower level living/game room with a new full sized Ms. Pacman Arcade game for the kids. In addition there is a foosball table and Poker table with chips. The room is centered around a 65" LCD Smart TV with X-box, movies, games, puzzles and books.

Other amenities in this home include a 2 car garage with extra parking in the driveway.
During Ski season there are 2 racks of ski boot dryers in the garage and two car bays. During the summer we use one of the bays to house the bikes and other outdoor equipment. We keep two sets of golf clubs for guests to use. Breckenridge Golf Club is located 10 minutes from the house.
