The Space
This newly renovated 3-bedroom apartment has plenty of space for 6 people to comfortably stay for business or pleasure. Take a stroll through Flisvos Park, dine at Flisvos Marina, attend an event at the Olympic Tae Kwon Do Stadium, or visit the new Stavros Niarchos Foundation (Park, National Library and Opera house) all of which are within walking distance. There are plenty of stores, restaurants and coffee shops just two minutes away. Posidonos Avenue is right in front of the building, but the triple glass doors of this fourth floor apartment, will guarantee you will never hear a sound. The Flisvos Marina is a 10-minute walk along the paved seaside sidewalk with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops. Stavros Niarchos Park which includes the National Library and opera house are within walking distance as are The Village Movie Theater and Tae Kwon Do Olympic Stadium. Palaio Faliro is a great destination for those that would like to be close to the center of Athens (9km), Port of Piraeus (5.5 Km), yet only 30 meters from the beach.
