5 min walk to the Old Town from this deluxe one-bedroom apartment with king-size bed and convertible sofa bed. Apartment is able to accommodate up to 5 people. View to the Viru Shopping Center. High ceilings.
Best restaurants and shops are in 2 min of walking.
Parking and wifi are for fee. As well as tea, coffee, bed sheets, towels and bath amenities.

This is a luxury apartment in the very center of Tallinn. Close to everything. To the Old Town and main shops as Viru Center, Solaris, Stockmann.

The apartment is located in historic building (1960) above the Cafe Energia. It has very thick walls, therefore you won't hear the noise from the street. Neighbours are elder and respected people. The building is clean and quite. The view from the windows is on two sides of the building. Living room and the kitchen have a nice view into the back yard, the bedroom on Kaubamaja department store.

The apartment was furnished by a designer with expensive Italian furniture. The kitchen furniture in made of wood and fully equipped.
