Relaxing North Myrtle Beach Condo in quiet neighborhood

Beautiful 2nd and 3rd floor condo situated in quiet neighborhood in North Myrtle Beach. A 0.4 mile walk through the neighborhood will get you to ocean accesses. There are no major roads to cross except Ocean Blvd. Or if you prefer, the sparkling pool is right outside the front door. A slightly longer walk, or a very short drive will take you to Main Street NMB with its restaurants, shag clubs, and other activities. Location is near more shopping and restaurants than you could ever visit. Golfing and the country's best miniature golf (according to The Travel Channel) are all close by. And of course, the main attraction is the beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean!

Condo has 2 upstairs bedrooms, both with comfortable king-size beds. Each bedroom has its own full bath. A half bath is downstairs. Unit has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. This unit is our second home so there are some personal items such as pictures and photos. It is not a generic hotel room or condo for sure!

This is a quiet and friendly complex so we ask that visitors respect our neighbors. And most importantly, have a wonderful visit!

Unfortunately for our biker friends no motorcycles are allowed. Also per HOA policy only owners can have pets on site. Please limit vehicles to a maximum of 2. The visitor parking pass provided in the unit should be displayed in the windshield. The HOA also does not allow visitors to bring golf carts.

spacious and comfortable

we were a group of four and had enough space for all of us near the beaches restaurants and pool just below the balcony. Quiet place and safe , Paul is a great host.

Great spot in North Myrtle Beach

The place had a nice homey feel and good space to hang out. The pool right out front was perfect and it was a quick drive to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbor we met was very friendly. Great value. We would definitely do this again!

North Ga Mountaineers Go To The Beach

The property is just as described! It is a beautiful and comfortable condo that is perfect for a family of four. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The beach was not overcrowded, which surprised us since it was the week of July 4th while we were there. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the neighbors are all nice and friendly (they wave at you and say hello :-)). This condo literally overlooks the pool which was very nice and convenient! The temps were not as hot as Florida which was nice, too. There are lots of restaurants and shops in North Myrtle Beach, but you can head on down to the attractions in Myrtle Beach in about 30 minutes. The owner, Paul, will respond to any message or question you send him very promptly. He was GREAT. Thank you, Paul, for sharing your little slice of Heaven with us and for making sure we had everything we needed! It was an awesome week for our family, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again ourselves! :-).

Spring vacation

Property was nice and clean. Good location walk to the beach and Main St. stop at Flynn’s Irish pub hydrate and socialize. Exercise and have fun all in the same day. Love North Myrtle!

Lovely Stay!

Great location and very reasonably priced. This was a girl's trip and overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely reserve again. We used a wagon to haul our gear to the beach--it was about a 10 minute walk and pretty much a straight shot down one road. Only a couple minor things to improve the experience would be larger sheets (the fitted sheet kept on popping off), and maybe less owner items around the property. I don't mind pictures, but things like the random baseball cap on the table were off-putting. I also think replacing or painting the trim and shoe molding in the bathrooms would make it have a cleaner feel. And last but not least, there were no hand towels in any of the bathrooms so we had to use bath towels. There were plenty of those, so not a big deal!

Girls Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo at North Myrtle Beach. It had the perfect amount of space for the four of us. It has a great location, quiet neighborhood & short distance to the beach. Our experience with the owner was excellent. If life allows a return, definitely going to consider this place!

Myrtle Beach 1st Time Visitors

Property was great, clean, perfect for my son & I, quiet, easy access, convenient parking, pool right outside the condo. Very short drive to beach access. Paul the owner was very easy to communicate with, always responded promptly to any questions we had. This was our 1st experience with VRBO and I would definitely do it again. We will be back to Myrtle Beach and would definitely stay at this condo again!

Great condo to stay at. Quiet neighborhood with convenient access to everything. A nice stroll to the beach, pretty easy unless you are hauling half your house with you. Our family had a great time.

Cozy home

Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking when I stayed,. Pool is clean, just the right temperature, and not crowded. Kitchen is well equipped. Really great that each bedroom has it's own full bath, especially from a single dad's standpoint with 2 daughters! Beds were comfortable. Local beach access parking&beach were not crowded. We felt comfortable, relaxed and at home while staying.

I'm Paul and my wife is Judy. We have always loved the beach and have brought the kids here since they were babies. It had always been a dream of ours to have our own place at the beach. A few years ago it all came together and we were blessed with our beach condo. It' s our escape and our happy place. At first we didn't want to rent and keep it all to ourselves. That is why the place has many more personal touches than most rental units. Reality set in as well as simple economics so we began to rent to fellow beach lovers.

When we aren't lounging around NMB, we are at home in western NC working hard, planning our next beach trip or vacay. "Work hard, play hard" is one of our favorite mottos!

This property is a wonderful mix of all the wonderful things at the beach. It is in a quiet, primarily residential neighborhood, near the end of a dead end street. The walk to the beach is 0.4 mile and pretty easy to do in about 10 minutes. The walk is easy and no major streets have to be crossed, except Ocean Blvd. Of course, if you'd rather drive, there are numerous accesses close by as well.
Even though the area is quiet and relaxing, all the excitement that Myrtle Beach has to offer is close by.
