Stay in a spacious 1-bedroom apartment in Midtown Atlanta during the FIFA World Cup 2026™. Located just one block from Peachtree Street, this property offers convenient access to Arts Center MARTA Station, providing an easy route to Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

This 1BR/1BA apartment includes a separate bedroom, full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, premium bedding, fast WiFi, and a Roku HDTV for streaming matches. The layout is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small groups.

Guests have access to a swimming pool and fitness center, along with bi-weekly cleaning, fresh linens, utilities, and two free parking spaces. Strong A/C keeps the space comfortable during Atlanta's summer.

With restaurants, Whole Foods, and Midtown attractions nearby, this is a convenient home base for your stay.

FAQs and Important Stuff

Pets

We love four-legged guests! We can host up to 2 small-to-medium pets per unit. To get started, let us know your pet's breed, weight, and age at least 3 days before arrival via the Guest Check-in & Lodging Agreement. Please note that Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted.

Cats are welcome with prior written approval, but must be declawed. Clawed cats are not permitted due to furniture damage. Guests are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damage caused by their pet(s), regardless of whether the animal is a Registered Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal.

Pet fees are not included in your original booking price and are added after approval. Stays under 45 days are charged a one-time $55 fee. Stays of 45 days or more are charged $55 per month.

During your stay, please keep your pet from disturbing neighbors. If a scheduled cleaning is taking place, pets must be secured or removed from the unit for the duration. If an accident occurs, please notify us right away so we can help. Guests are responsible for all damage, soiling, or excessive hair left by their pet(s).

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Wonderful

I stay here every time I'm in town. I love how comfortable the units are, how friendly and receptive the staff is and the amenities onsite are awesome.

Wonderful stay at BCA

Visited Atlanta on Labor Day weekend. The BCA apartment This 1 bedroom unit I stayed in was clean, modern and well furnished., and made me feel right at home. I however noticed that there were some simple things ex. No cutting board in the kitchen there was no mat at the door ( inside or outside) and the towels looked dull. I also felt that there should be some parking .accommodation for my visiting guest .I do plan on using this company in the near future as my overall stay here was very good

Good stay, could have been better.

We had an enjoyable stay at the apartment. I would stay again if needed. There were a few things we noticed: - The check-in process could be so much easier if BCA didn't bombard you with so much information. It's overwhelming. - The elevators in the building are terrible. You will wait every time. - The apartment is cute and small, perfect for a short stay. That said, the furniture is small and not very comfortable to relax. - The dishes in our cabinets were dirty. - The bed was not very comfortable, and the towels and sheets seemed dingy (yellow, not crisp white). Again, this isn't a hotel stay, so there are things you give up. However, there are some things that can be done to enhance the overall experience.

Good, clean apartment. Responsive BCA Property Management. Sometimes issues with doors/keys, fire alarms, internet etc. Team BCA response: Hey Tuomas! Urban Oasis

Very clean and modern, all appliances including washer & dryer. Right downtown, very close to Georgia Tech. Also very quiet for being so downtown. Shower could have more water pressure and a lot of security devices to get in and out. Team BCA Response: Eco-friendly shower heads are great for the environment and help with conserving water. We understand that not everyone enjoys that kind of water pressure though. Thank you for staying with us. We are glad you found everything else in the apartment to your liking.

Great place to stay!

Loved the apt but there should be more black linens for people to use because a lot of us are coming into town for festivals and you are going to get dirty. There's no way around that. If you have other options for people to use, then we won't be so worried about getting a fee for staining something. A triumph of simplicity

Thank you for this simple, comfortable, and absolutely lovely apartment in the heart of Atlanta's midtown. It was so wonderful to get to relax on a stressful work trip somewhere so comfortable. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to streamline the number of keys needed to carry around. I felt like a Groundskeeper all week! Thanks for the lovely stay! Anna's stay in Atlanta

The apt was nice and clean. It could use a few more basics in the kitchen, like oil or coffee items and tea. Also, a hair dryer would be nice. Despite reading numerous pages of information on checkin where it stated no parties were allowed. The night before my early 6A flight, the complex threw a huge (very loud) pool party that did not finish until midnight! So, I got a total of 3-4 hrs sleep. This was very annoying and the reason why I won't stay there again. Team BCA Response: Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the overnight party. We would have been happy to assist you with this situation at the time. For future reference, we have a courtesy officer on-site who can help resolve such issues. I will address this matter with our leasing manager to ensure that quiet hours are respected. I hope this experience does not deter you from staying with us again. We also have other properties in Atlanta that might better suit your preference for a quieter and more peaceful environment. I recommend considering Brookwood Courtyard Condominium for your next stay. Additionally, thank you for your suggestions regarding the kitchen amenities. I will bring these up at our next management meeting, and we hope to have these items available during your next visit. There should have been a hair dryer in the bathroom drawer. I will ensure that this is checked and that it remains available for our guests. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.

Great Location

My issues were addressed timely as possible I appreciate that, I didn't go out one night because my door lock was messed up so I missed out on things but the apartment is very and over looked the pool area and was relaxing. I wish I had decided to check out the gym before the end of my stay it is a nice setup other than a lot of weights were missing. One of my garage openers didn't work but using one this time worked out OK. The apartment complex was quiet which was nice. I got a text about this not being a smoking facility which I thought was strange but after going back to my car it smelled of smoke so I guess someone was smoking by my car but that only happened once. Over all it was a great experience.
