This 3 bedroom villa is the perfect holiday spot within the popular Reef Resort. Villa 99 is in prime position with a lovely rainforest outlook, yet only a few steps from a lagoon style swimming pool. A recent makeover with modern furniture gives the apartment a fresh ambience. This is one of the few villas with Wifi included for your enjoyment.

3 bedrooms each with their own small balcony and one bathroom are upstairs while the living area, kitchen laundry and second bathroom are downstairs. The Resort facilities include a large resort-style pool (heated in the winter months) and a casual cafe and bar with outdoor deck - perfect for a cocktail to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The unit is spacious, clean and modern and we loved staying there. The complex is only a couple of minutes drive away from the town centre. Two pool areas and well kept gardens throughout added to a lovely experience.

Great location

Process for booking and check in was convenient , very prompt replies from property managers. Property was a smaller than it looked in photos, but still worked out well for the 5 of us. Pool was a minutes walk from the property and estate was nice and quiet. Easy drive to everything. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great spot

My 2 girlfriends have enjoyed our stay at 99 the only things we can suggest is that they install a full length mirror somewhere eg back of the bathroom door! All of us are shorties and could barely see our faces in the mirror provided let alone check our out fits before we headed out! Lastly the grout in the upstairs bathroom needs a good clean not sure if mould or dirt!!

Fantastic family holiday villa

Clean, and well appointed villa with crisp fresh linen and the basics. Brilliant large lagoon pool and lounge decks with a great bar and restaurant - a very happy family with teens! Not in the heart of Port Douglas but not an issue with a car.

Lovely quiet resort villa. Spacious rooms with nice balconies on each room. Had everything we needed for weeks stay. Excellent pool and café. Lovely resort staff and property management. Would recommend this resort for families.

Lovely Port Douglas unit.

Compact property in handy location just outside of Port Douglas. It contained everything we needed, though would have preferred a larger fridge for our self catering. Plenty of good barbecues in under cover location. Good looking pool. Great agents - really easy to deal with. Would certainly recommend.
