House just a few meters from Campeche Beach and Little Prince Avenue, where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, department stores and etc. It has easy access to the airport and Florianópolis Center. It has excellent neighborhood, outdoor area with barbecue and quiet environment, suitable for relaxation. There is a small gazebo that allows you to see the sea and the sunset.
