Amazing Ocean Front Studio - Sunsets, Breakfast, Water

Studio Southport is a self contained and private wing of our very special ocean front home overlooking the Onkaparinga Rivermouth, reef and beach at Port Noarlunga South, and less than 10 minutes drive to McLaren Vale wine region. The entire property has recently been renovated and boasts contemporary industrial design, recycled timber and Asian inspired features.

You will have access to a spacious studio suite complete with lush king size bed, seperate walk through wardrobe/storage area, bathroom, well equipped kitchenette, breakfast bar facing the red ochre cliffs and ocean, TV and fireplace.

Enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets over the ocean, followed by a day at McLaren Vale or an afternoon snorkelling the reef or kayaking up the river.

We will provide fresh breakfast items for you to prepare during your stay - fresh ground coffee, tea, fresh milk and bread, free range eggs, muesli and condiments.

ABOUT THE AREA
Port Noarlunga is within the traditional lands of the Kaurna people. It is home to Port Noarlunga Aquatic Reserve and the Onkaparinga National Park and is only 10 minute drive from the McLaren Vale wine region or 30 minutes from Adelaide Hills wineries.

This means we are an ideal location for wine tours, summer holidays, the Tour Down Under, Day on the Green or just a weekend or midweek get away. The area is known for its quiet, expansive beach, river and reef for surfing, swimming, canoeing, dune, jetty and reef walks, snorkelling, diving, fishing, sailing and there are excellent cycling, walking and running trails along the coast and beyond.

Adelaide itself is only 22 klm away and easily accessible by road and rail, and Glenelg is a 20 minute drive, making Port Noarlunga a great place to spend your Adelaide holiday.

A short walk to Port Noarlunga you will find over 12 restaurants, coffee shops and pubs, galleries and speciality shops and of course the jetty! if you wish to go further afield you will find countless excellent restaurants and venues in the neighbouring suburbs of Moana, Seaford and Christies Beach (all within a 5klm radius). as well as in McLaren Vale, Aldinga and Willunga.

All major supermarkets are located within 1 - 2 klm in each direction. The Noarlunga town centre (4 klm away) has a mall with all facilities including major department/brand stores, a cinema, gym and public swimming pool and government services.

ABOUT US:
Donna and Cameron live in the main wing of the house but the Studio space is entirely your own during your stay! We are very well travelled and lived and worked in my places across the world. We are experienced hosts and are happy to share out local knowledge and interact as much or as little as you like.
