Terraces 303 er den perfekte ferieudlejning på den pulserende sydkyst af Barbados omgivet af fantastiske strande! Hele enheden er for nylig blevet renoveret. Nyd nye møbler, strøelse, apparater, køkkengrej og tilbehør.

Enheden har en åben planløsning med et fuldt udstyret køkken. Køkkenet har en fuld størrelse køleskab, ovn, kogeplade, mikroovn, opvaskemaskine, kaffemaskine, elkedel, brødrister, blender, bestik, porcelæn og køkkengrej. Ledende fra den rummelige spisestue og stue er en udendørs balkon med en ekstra spiseplads. Bliv forbundet og underholdt med Wi-Fi og et fladskærms-tv.

Der er et soveværelse suite med en king size seng, en-suite badeværelse med bruser-badekar kombination, walk-in closet og balkon. Det andet soveværelse har en queensize seng og et separat badeværelse med bruser. Hvert værelse er udstyret med aircondition, et loft fan og blackout gardiner for ekstra komfort.

Selve komplekset er beliggende på Barbados livlige sydkyst; kun en gåtur væk fra den berømte St. Lawrence Gap. Den nærmeste adgang til stranden er direkte på tværs af gaden fra ejerlejlighedskomplekset. Dover Beach og Maxwell Beach er begge inden for gåafstand. Der er masser af shopping, restauranter og underholdning i nærheden. For ikke at nævne en dagligvarebutik lige ved siden af! Grantley Adams International Airport ligger 15 minutters kørsel derfra.

Everything was wonderful. The location was within walking distance of the beaches, restaurants and entertainment. There was a convenience store right next door which made grabbing some grocery items so simple. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean and had everything we needed for daily living. The host was so very friendly and organized when sending out information regarding information about the condo and arrival details. If you had a question she was quick to respond which was very refreshing. Would recommend staying here and hope to return ourselves in the future.

Great host communication, location and space in condo.Iris, our host could not be more friendly, welcoming and easy to get in touch with if needed. We had an issue with the clothes dryer when we used it the first time, but thanks to the capable property management on premises it was fixed by that afternoon! Able to walk from one end of the St. Lawrence Gap to the other. Safe, walkable, fun place to stay near Dover Beach.

Awesome week In the St Lawrence Gap!!

We just returned from this wonderful property conveniently located very close to beaches, restaurants and a market! We had a car as we wanted to explore the island but really didn't need it as there is so much to do within walking distance and, plenty of taxi's available if you wanted to venture out. One thing we noticed is how safe we felt as the unit is very secure. Additionally, Iris was a fantastic host who was responsive and extremely helpful!

Perfect Peaceful Home from Home

We have stayed at this unit four times already for long stay visits. It’s modern, clean, updated well appointed and more than you would expect from a holiday rental. You get a temporary home with all the comforts that go with that. Host is attentive and responsive when needed and really cares that you have a great stay. We plan to visit again it really is a great apartment. Thank you Iris.

winter getaway

Spacious Condo with lots of storage, everything provided for a10 night stay, filtered water tap, ice machine was great! air con if required and ceiling fans. superb location with links to Oistins , Bridgetown and the west of the Island and a 15 minute drive from the airport with a convenience store located next to the Condo and a selection of local restaurants and rum shops this made a perfect place to stay, Our host Iris could not have been more pleasant and helpful, will defiantly return.

The apartment is in a great location. There was 4 adults staying, we had plenty of space.The apartment as every thing you could possibly need, the beds are comfortable, the apartment was very clean, and comfortable.The kitchen as everything you could possibly want, if you decided you wanted to stay in and cook meals.You have the supermarket to the left, and the cake lady to the right, which our son loved being so close.Really good communication with the owner. We loved our stay here. Absolutely wonderful!

This condo is simply wonderful! It is a real home from home, with everything you will ever need for a comfortable holiday in The Gap.The location is great - just a short walk to the beach or to numerous bars and restaurants.The quality of the accommodation is first class.The responses from Iris to our questions, both before we arrived and during our stay were quick and very helpful.All in all, a wonderful place to stay.

Continually Exceeds Expectations

This is the third year running we have had an extended stay at this condo so it feels a bit redundant to do another review. However we are always pleasantly surprised that between stays little things keep being done to make the experience for guests which is already excellent, even better. Communications with owner are great, apartment is very clean, extremely comfortable and everything modern and works well. This feels like a home from home.

Home away from Home

Iris is an excellent host. Very quick and response to any communication. This is our second year and we are as pleased this year as our first time. The place is clean, perfectly located and very comfortable. I have stayed in many locations in Barbados over the years and the beds are always uncomfortable. Iris's beds are very comfortable!! No complaints. I highly recommend the unit and the host!

Excellent Accommodations

We stayed there over the Christmas holidays and it was amazing. The condo is clean and updated and in the perfect location for beaches, restaurants and entertainment. Iris is an absolute pleasure to deal with, always gets back to you within minutes. Definitely would recommend this spot. We will go there again!!

Great location. We had a car and it was secured every night in gated parking lot. Convenience store across street. Bars and simple restaurants all walking distance. We drove all over island and had fun and sun!

Exceeded High Expectations

We long stayed at this property last year. We were very happy with everything organization, communications and the amenities in the apartment all work and are to a high standard. Furnishings are very comfortable. The owner clearly takes great pride in ensuring guests are well taken care of and comfortable and is available and responsive if needed. This is one of the best apartments we have rented in Barbados and again exceeded our high expectations. Very comfortable stay and would love to come back again.

What you see is accurate

The owner of the condo is extremely easy to communicate as quick with responses. The condo is updated and comfortable. Location is perfect for families. A hop and skip to Dover beach. Next door to convenience store and across the street from Socialites for dinner and entertainment. Highly recommend this condo for a vacation spot.

Perfect place to enjoy your stay…

This property is perfect for your stay in Barbados. It is well maintained, modern with brand new appliances, well equipped kitchen and good design lay out with two bedrooms. The owners have thought of every comfort you would need from phone chargers to comfortable linens . The location is great and walking distance to all the excitement of the St Lawrence Gap and beaches. There are many cafes and shops around and secured parking if you have a rented vehicle. I would definitely choose this property again when I return to Barbados

A Perfect Home in Barbados

We have long stay rented for many years in St Lawrence Gap and stayed in the same building at another owner's apartment. This apartment is a step above what we have experienced elsewhere in the past. It is clean, its modern and every amenity has been acquired and set up with the guest in mind. Everything is new or appears new, it works and the beds and the furniture are very comfortable. Plenty of luggage and storage space, towels and a modern American fridge with water filter and ice machine. Communications with the owner Iris were excellent and the local property manager Don is responsive and available as required. I cannot think of one thing that could be improved.

5 Star Condo

We stayed in this 5 star condo for 2 wks with another couple. Plenty of space all the amenities to suit our needs. We enjoyed having the balcony to have our coffee in the morning and to play cards at night. The location was perfect . A short walk to the beautiful Dover Beach and also to St Lawrence Gap which had all the restaurants and bars you could want. Iris always responded immediately with any questions we had and Don was very helpful with anything we needed and even took my husband to see the dr when he ended up getting a bad chest cold. If we come back to Barbados in the future this place is a must stay!
