Lea and Sandy are awesome and so is their cottage. The location is beautiful and the cottage is amazingly well stocked with towels and anything else you might need.Absolutely awesome and would stay again.

Quiet and Relaxing

Comfortable stay, very pleasant hosts, and enjoyed the daily walk on the beach. Very comfortable beds. Great location for exploring the island. Be sure visit Knead a Break for amazing coffee and pastries.

What a great place to relax. In all of our travels to Prince Edward Island, this year’s trip was the best, and we have Sandy and Lea’s wonderful cottage to thank for it. Its location close to a great beach, the tranquil views from the wraparound porch, the hot tub and all of the other amenities, plus the many little details that are seen to, made our stay special. We can’t wait to go back again.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lea and Sandy’s cottage! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The setting is simply perfect — peaceful, quiet, with endless beach walks, starry skies, and a relaxing hot tub. It was the perfect escape and a truly special place to celebrate our anniversary. Lea and Sandy were such welcoming hosts, and we honestly couldn’t have wished for a better experience. We only wish we could have stayed longer — this little piece of heaven is a gem we’d return to in a heartbeat!

Great Cottage Stay

Lea and Sandy are thoughtful and kind and run a great cottage. It is super clean, well cared for and has all the amenities. My son enjoyed the park pass and visited Cavendish and Greenwich. The beach is close by and easy to access. We really enjoyed our time here!

Perfect Cozy Vacation HOliday at Sandy's Cottage

This is our third time staying at Sandy and Lea's place in Sea View and we LOVE IT. Quiet, Private, Cozy, 5 mins from beach, friendly neighbours, close to Kensington, Summerside, everything is in the cottage that you need and could think of ........... we will continue to go back because it is just what we want!

Peaceful and relaxing!

The cottage was perfect for our stay in PEI. We especially loved the hot tub and the fresh herbs growing outside! The hosts thought of everything! There were plenty of towels and essentials! The sunsets were amazing to watch from the nearby beach or even the deck!

Just what we needed

Lea and Sandy have provided a beautiful property with every amenity you could need. The cottage was clean and comfortable with plenty of fresh towels including towels for the beach. The hot tub was a welcome treat after a day on the beach. The location was fantastic.

We had an amazing time staying at Sandy Dunes cottage.The hosts - Sandy and Leah, are wonderful and very caring; they have thought through every single detail at the cottage, including a large pot for cooking lobsters, and a herb garden we could use! In fact, we have visited PEI three times, and this was the best equipped cottage of all! Sandy and Leah made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We have especially enjoyed the hot tub every night under the stars. The cottage has an excellent location next to a local beach and a few other beaches - Cabot Beach, Thunder Cove etc. Kensington is about a 20-minute drive away, with a couple of great places to eat, grocery stores, pharmacy and a liquor store. Overall we are very grateful to Sandy and Leah for making our vacation relaxing and unforgettable!

Cottage with all amenities by the Sea

Welcomed by the owners who made sure every aspect of our vacation was enjoyable - everything available in this fully equipped cottage complete with a lovely wraparound deck and hot tub. Immaculately clean and well cared for and walking distance to wonderful beach. Impressed by going the extra mile literally to get our granddaughters lost cellphone returned before our flight home.

Love it! Will certainly book again!

We were extremely satisfied with the rental. It was like a home away from home. The fridge had some essentials already in stock, e.g., coffee, sugar, spices and condiments. Oh!, and the hot tub is an extremely welcomed amenity we used it most days and the owners came by to maintain it. Again, loved it and the home feeling in the cottage. The owners are dedicated to ensure that our needs are being met. We will certainly book it again on our next trip to PEI.

First time in PEI

This was a great place. The owners greeted us upon arrival. The house is well stocked with everything you may need including fresh vegetables/herbs from the garden. The hot tub was a nice touch at the end of the day. The beach, one of the best on the island in our opinion is just a 10 minute walk. I would highly recommend this cottage. Thanks Lea and Sandy

Very welcoming and helpful hosts upon arrival and at leaving. Very clean and well stocked with everything imaginable. Loved the hot tub although would be nice to have an outdoor shower for cleaning selves before going in (much more convenient and would get more to wash previous to tubbing?) Great location for relaxation and quiet but any contact with neighbours definitely positive. Loved the beach closeby with no need to go to Cavendish Beach. Would definitely recommend and will look to re-book for next year.

Sea view working vacation

We stayed here while we renovated our own cottage in the area. It was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed (actually more!) it was like our own little home by the ocean. Lea and Sandy go over and above to make sure you are comfortable and I would recommend them till the cows come home! (Which are actually just across the field!) A true PEI experience, and Seaview has one of the nicest beaches on the island.

Loved our stay!

Convenient, well supplied and comfy! Owners were lovely and flexible too. Helped us with everything we needed, such as extra bedding and a flexible check out too! Definitely worth it and recommended.
