About this property

Large, Luxurious 2 Bedroom APARTMENT With PRIVATE POOL, Excellent Reviews!

Our fully self contained 2 bedroom apartment with it's own private entrance AND pool is situated in Riviera Del Sol.
The only people who use the pool are those staying in the apartment , which means YOU... Nobody else uses the pool. No social distancing! It is all yours.
The owners are nearby if you need anything, but you will only see us if you need us.

It's a really private space and just a 5/7 minute drive to Cabopino Beach. We are mid way between Marbella and Fuengirola.

The two bedrooms ( 1 ensuite with Super King-size bed.. second is a Queen-size bed and has its own bathroom across the hallway.)
There is an additional single bed in the lounge area that can be used for a 5th guest. (Maximum capacity is 5 guests)
The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons and you also have wifi and a smart TV!
We include some basics for cooking to get you started plus tea coffee etc.

Feel free to borrow our portable sun chairs and parasols for your time at the beach.
You are also welcome to use the Charcoal BBQ for some al fresco dining!

Marbella, Cabopino Beach & Dunes, Fuengirola, La Cala De Mijas, Ideal for day trips to Granada, Seville, Ronda and Nerja.

Malaga is our closest city , and the Picasso museum as just one of the highlights. A million restaurants of every genre for you to try.
Puerto Banus is a favourite with visitors to view the glitterati or do some designer shopping. Lie by your own pool or visit Nikki Beach ( 10 minutes away )or any of the beach clubs along the Costa Del Sol. Unico is our favourite!
We advise a car, but taxis and Uber are available should you not wish to drive. Depending on when you visit , there are different things going on. Ferias, Mountain biking competitions, Jazz festivals, Diving trips, wine tastings.... lots to do.

The apartment has everything you may need INCLUDING, towels, beach towels, hairdryer, toaster, coffee maker and WIFI.
Bring your Google Chrome dongle or Firestick so you can use your own Netflix account etc.
We have some travel adaptors for your use and if you have any special requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange it.
The apartment is in a residential area, and while you can use the pool 24 hours, we ask that you are quiet after 11pm and before 9am.
We have a small dog, Lola (12 yrs) who sleeps most of the time, but does love to lie in the sun around the pool. We also have 2 kittens...Trevor and Sheila! They are very playful and friendly.
Inside the apartment is a no smoking zone, but you can smoke outside, no problem.

Top class Hosts and superb accommodation

We all enjoyed our 2 week stay in this fabulous Villa. John and Brian were first class hosts, the communication was excellent from the time of booking and throughout our stay were always available if required. The villa was amazing and was spotlessly clean and very well furnished and equipped for everything we needed for a great holiday. We will certainly look to be booking with John and Brian again in the future.

Excellent vacation rental !

We had a great stay at John and Brian's place for part of our annual escape from the Madrid heat. Their rented apartment is lovely, and as hosts they go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, including cooking staples and had a lovely welcome gift in the fridge. I would definitely recommend their place and hospitality.

Fabulous apartment and a wonderful stay

We had a brilliant holiday here! John and Brian were amazing hosts, always making themselves available whenever we needed them. Also accommodating our early arrival. The apartment was very clean, and spacious with all the amenities and appliances you could need and more. The outdoor area is so lovely and the pool was very much enjoyed by all! The location was great, very serene and not too far from the airport. A very short drive to the beach. We really had a fantastic holiday, thank you so much!

Family Break

Enjoyed a 10 night stay with my family, property has all the mod cons, cannot fault in any way. Outside space and pool is well kept and maintained, property is private and very secure. The hosts are great and nothing is to much trouble, and at the end of our stay they felt more like old friends. I would have no hesitation recommending this property to friends and family. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Outstanding!

This was my first experience renting vacation accommodations on VRBO and I have absolutely no complaints. The rental process went smoothly and this property was beyond my expectations! This apartment was beautiful inside and out. The hosts were friendly, professional and really helpful. Their pets came to visit and they were lovely and friendly. Their are a few bars/restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay!!! 😊

Riviera Del Sol

The photos of the apartment don’t to it justice, much bigger than we expected, plenty of living space, superbly presented, amazing appliances. Extremely comfortable beds, never slept so well. Lovely private garden and pool. We were looked after magnificently by our hosts John & Brian and would recommend this apartment, we have already booked for next year, Emma & Dave Lafferty

Fantastic!

We stayed in the appartment for 6 weeks with John and Brian as our hosts. Both the appartment as our hosts were fantastic! The two bedroom appartment is beautiful, very roomy and very well equipped. And the pool is very nice, especially in the warmer summer months. Location is super with golfcourses beach and city all nearby. And both John and Brian went out of their way to make us feel at home. Very good value for money!

Wedding in La Cala

My husband & I was so impressed with the appartment,bonus having your own pool.John & Brian were so accommodating,so nice the perfect hosts.The appartment had everything you need.The location was great a bit of a hill but cabs are really cheap.Loved Trevor & Sheila (there cats)coming to visit us especially as I was missing my furry babies,and little Lola the dog.Totally recomend this place,definately will be booking again.Once again thankyou so much John & Brian for making our holiday ,making memories Marilyn ,Tony & Hope X

Great Holiday

We arrived early, and John could accommodate us a little earlier than our check-in time as our flights were quite early. The property is an exceptional standard. And comes with the bonus of Trevor and Sheila, the kittens who would pop in to see us on a daily basis and Lola, a very friendly dog who seems to want tummy rubs all the time. The location is great and only a 5-minute drive to the beach and the restaurants. The property is in quiet urbanisation, so there is no noise from a beachfront location. The owner's Brian and John were very friendly and keen to make sure we had a good stay

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. This apartment is amazing.

Brian met us on arrival - showed us around the apartment - explained everything and said he was only a phone call away. What stood out to us was 1. From when we arrived until the day we left we couldn't have asked for more from the hosts, John and Brian. If there was something we needed they provided it.The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived and we kept it clean and tidy until we left.The pool was kept clean and well maintained.I thought there might be an issue with the slope leading down to the apartment because of the frailty of my Lady who is 73 but she managed it well so I'm sure anyone else will.A vehicle is essential to get around due to the the location unless you can afford a taxi to here there and everywhere.Overall it was a wonderful experience and would not hesitate in recommending the apartment to our family and friends and whoever gets in touch with us on social media

Relaxing week in July

We had a really relaxing holiday with everything you would ever need. To have a pool area all to our selves was a bonus. The apartment itself was tastefully furnished complete with very high specification appliances. Our host Brian and John went above and beyond to make sure we were totally comfortable. The only reason full marks were not given was the location. The location was lovely and peaceful but you did need a car or taxi whenever you wanted to go out. This was not a problem has taxis,s were always under 10 euros. Thanks for a great holiday.

Great week at with John & Brian

We had a week visit at the apartment. Soon as we arrived we were greeted by John one of the hosts who helped us with our luggage. When we got in to the property it was even better than the pictures, and had everything we needed and more. The property was very clean and well maintained and the garden and pool area was private and relaxing. We travelled with our 1 year old, and the apartment was set out and equipped with everything ready to go to make life easy for us. John and Brian were so friendly, accommodating and couldn't do enough for us, and always on hand if needed. We would definitely recommend a visit to this property and will definitely return again. Fantastic gem in the Costa del Sol!!

We came as a family with two children aged 10 and 7 and two adults, and had an absolutely wonderful holiday! John and Brian were brilliant hosts, achieving the perfect balance between being available when we needed them but in no way being intrusive. The apartment is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need, including top of the range appliances and kitchen equipment, even down to a cool box and umbrellas to take for your own beach picnic. The pool is a wonderful asset, and our children loved being in it every day. The two gorgeous kittens and sweet dog Lola visiting us from time to time were also a welcome addition to our holiday! All in all a brilliant stay and I have no doubt that we will be back!! Thank you John and Brian!!

The Perfect Stay

What a "gem" of a find. We've been renting villas & apartments for 40 years and this has got to be one of the best for a number of reasons. From first contact with the owners John & Brian to our departure, the whole experience was exceptional. The apartment is beautifully decorated, stylishly furnished and equiped with high quality equipment, crockery and cutlery etc. Even the bedding which was professionally laundered and replaced weekly was of superior quality. The apartment has everything one would need for "the perfect stay" including UKTV. John and Brian were exceptional hosts. Extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them, and it was reassuring to know they were there if needed. The apartment is located far enough back to provide peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of the sea front, bars, shops etc, but close enough to get there within minutes when required. We had the most relaxing and enjoyable five week stay and fully recommend this 5 Star apartment. Thank you very much, John & Brian.

Quality accommodation

John and Brian’s apartment is an absolute gem. Quality accommodation with no expense spared in fitting it out and plenty of space - it is even better than the pictures. The kitchen and lounge area is huge and opens up on to the terrace with the pool which is perfect for cooling off. At the end of May/beginning of June the sun is on the terrace from about noon until after 6pm. The bedrooms were perfect with large beds and lots of little extra touches - I particularly liked the bedside lamps. Showers were absolutely fine with hot water soon available. The apartment is underneath John and Brian’s villa with its own access and the owners were never intrusive but always available if we had a question to ask. Lola and Gucci, their two dogs, became firm friends during our stay but were never a nuisance. You will need a car to get around as it is not really walkable to shops or restaurants as it is a residential area , which makes for it being quiet and relaxing. But for us it was not an issue and it is a little over a five minute drive down to the supermarket and the restaurants of Calahonda. Taxi fare was around 8 euros. Overall a lovely week - just what we needed and wished we had booked for longer.

Très bien

Un endroit très propre, piscine incluse. Beaucoup d'espace également à l'intérieur. Une excellente literie. De l'équipement en abondance (vaisselle, électroménager,...), d'ailleurs plutôt haut de gamme concernant l'électroménager, c'est rare. Les propriétaires se sont rendus disponibles et nous ont accueillis presque au milieu de la nuit (retard d'avion). Attention, c'est la Costa del Sol en été (nous concernant), donc il peut arriver d'avoir la visite de quelques bestioles ponctuellement (cafards), mais il ne s'agit pas d'un problème de salubrité, ils sont dans l'environnement. Attention également aux fourmis : la moindre miette déclenche l'arrivée d'un convoi. Il faut bien emballer la nourriture. Pour l'environnement, il n'y a aucun commerce à moins de 5-10 minutes, il faut une voiture.

Una experiencia maravillosa

La casa de John y Brian era mucho mejor de lo que nos esperábamos. Está limpia, es cómoda y tiene muchos detalles que te facilitan la estancia, tales como: aderezo para las ensaladas o toallas para la piscina. Las camas son muy cómodas. Ellos son súper atentos y serviciales y nos han hecho la estancia muy agradable. Espero veros el año que viene de nuevo :) ¡Millones de gracias!
