All new modern 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome 3 blocks off Crystal Beach. Granite counters, stainless appliances. Beautiful modern designer furniture and bedding. Kids room with bunk beds and projector plus 50" flat panels in other bedrooms and living space. A private resort-style pool. Porch swing on deck overlooking pool. Dodge the traffic and walk to the beach, nearby restaurants, Starbucks, cinema, bowling, mall and groceries. Washer/dryer.

We had a great experience at relax by the beach townhome! Very clean with updated TVs in every room. Ainslie was extremely helpful and attentive through our stay. Location is perfect, close proximity to the beach and local shopping and restaurants.

Great place to stay

We loved this townhome and it was nice to make it our own home for a few days. The kids loved the bunk bed room and we all enjoyed the porch swing. Walking to the beach was a little far with young children (most beaches were private) so we ended up driving to a public beach and it was a great area. Ainslie was very responsive to any questions we had. Great host, great property, great location!

Beautiful place to stay. All of your shopping needs is close by. The only downside is that it’s too far of a walk to the beach for small children. We thought that we found a fairly close beach access called Barracuda Beach, but when we got there, we was surrounded by private beaches and we was told that we had to go all the way down where the Crab Trap was at. Other than that, this is a great place to stay.

This location is perfect if you need a local place to stay if you going deep sea fishing. Close to the docks. Right across the street from a grocery store. Clean, user friendly.

My cousins and I really enjoyed our stay! Very easy check in and check out process. Walking distance from beach and nearby coffee shop Camille’s which we LOVED. There was not a projector in downstairs room as listed but we did not mind at all because we were there to enjoy the sun! Everything was extremely clean. If we ever go back to Destin we will book here again!

Perfect location for our needs

Owner was very responsive with answers to questions. The location is close to restaurants, activities, and the wedding venue we were attending. Pool was perfect for our littles. We particularly wanted a rental with 2 king beds and this property offered that! We had an 18 month old with us. The master closet offered a perfect private space to put the pac n play for bed time.

I went with my 2yo, 4yo, husband, my parents and my husband’s parents. The whole condo was very clean and welcoming.. each bed was comfortable and each room had everything you needed and almost everything you could want! It’s close to everything.! I highly recommend both this location and property manager!!

Awesome time!

We had a great week at this property! The manager is great and very easy to talk too. The check in process is easy and standard. The great thing is there are two bedrooms on the bottom and one on the top floor making it easy for all the teens to be downstairs and adults to be upstairs. Beach is like an 8 minute walk!
