The almost two-hundred year old home has been developed into a fully furnished and equipped summer home able to host up to eleven guests (7 adults plus 4 children) in three double bedrooms, one single and one quadruple. The house offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, modern kitchen, clothes washer, first aid kit, and twice per week cleaning service.
The house's spacious and unique garden and terrace is elevated and offers uninterrupted views of the old harbor. The outdoor bar, sitting area and marble dining table which comfortably seats up to 14 guests in the shade of an ancient olive tree are ideal for casual or more formal meals and entertaining throughout the day. Guests can lounge on the terrace and watch the fishing boats and yachts come and go in the Old Harbor below.
Located in the heart of Baltiza, access to surrounding restaurants, bars and shops could not be easier. Reaching Dapia (the main town and port) and other parts of the island is also easy either via the island's coastal road or by water taxi which can pick guests up right outside the house.
