Avaliação da estadia em José Menino

Com relação às questões da quitinete que precisam de manutenção temos: A tv que apresenta um pequeno problema na tela; o sofá cama que é um pouco duro; há também um problema com a cama de solteiro - que apesar de muito confortável, algumas tábuas do estrado estão quebradas e no quesito da limpeza deixou a desejar as gavetas e as prateleiras dos armários estavam empoeiradas, e cheirando a bolor embaixo da cama estava sujo de poeira o ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente, mas precisa de manutenção está muito empoeirado, quanto ao restante está tudo a perfeito. No que tange os pontos positivos é muito bem localizado, os profissionais do condomínio são bem qualificados, gentis e educados. A Dona Izabel foi muito atenciosa e muito receptiva, tal como o proprietário sr Humberto, que em todos os momentos esteve à disposição através do WhatsApp, sanando todas as minhas dúvidas.

Bom imóvel, proprietário e anfitriã educados, prestativos e gentis, as informações do site condiz com a realidade do apartamento, com uma ressalva que nos levou a deixar o apartamento antes do vencimento, existe um sofá cama que não serve nem para sentar, pura madeira.......bicama tb totalmente desconfortável, necessita de colchões novos, pois os existentes, são apenas espumas antigas, sem o minimo de conforto.
