Tämä 2 sänkyyn, 1 kylpyyn tarkoitettu lomavuokraus on täydellinen 4-ryhmälle, joka etsii helppoa pääsyä trooppisiin rantoihin, Havaijin tulivuorten kansallispuistoon, Kapohon vuorovesialtaisiin ja muihin. Välttämättömyystarvikkeet, kuten ruokakaupat, ravintolat ja kaupat, ovat myös vain muutaman minuutin päässä! Nauti vapaa-ajallasi kodin merelle päin olevalla kannella sekä mukavuuksilla, kuten täysin varustettu keittiö, pesutupa ja ilmainen WiFi. Joten jää pois kello ja pari läppää!

Aloita aurinkoa päiväsi Waiuliuli-puistossa, joka sijaitsee kadun toisella puolella! Kun olet siellä, muista pitää silmällä vaeltavia kilpikonnia ja ankkoja. Kun tarvitset muutoksia maisemiin, tutustu yhteen monista muista rantapuistoista, kuten Kealoha Beach Park ja Onekahakaha Beach Park.

Oliko sinulla kohtuullinen osuus auringosta? Suuntaa kaupunkiin virvokkeita Hula Hulan tai jäätelöä Makani's Magic Pineapple Shack -kadulla. Jos etsit täydellistä ateriaa, tutustu Puka Puka -keittiöön tai Ocean Sushiin.

Seikkailut odottavat Havaijin tulivuorten kansallispuistossa! Nauti luonnonkauniista ajoista Mauna Loa Strip Roadilla ja Craters Craters Roadilla sekä yli 100 mailia retkeilyreittejä, jotka kulkevat vanhojen laavaputkien ja rehevän sademetsän läpi. Jos olet päiväretkellä, pakatkaa piknik ja rantapyyhkeet päiväksi, joka vietetään hyvin tunnin ja 20 minuutin päässä sijaitsevassa Punalu'un mustan hiekkarannan rannalla. Started out west. Than moved over to Hilo. It was the perfect spot to stay at. Wished we'd gone over sooner and stayed for a longer period in Hilo Oasis.

On the Beach in Hilo

This is a very nice place to stay for two couples or a couple and 1 or 2 kids. The bedrooms are somewhat small and only one bath. The closets had plenty of hangers and towels. There is no AC, but plenty of fans to keep the air moving. The refrigerator has built-in filtered water, nice touch. The charm of this place is the location and yard. It is right across the road from the shoreline and within minutes of town. There are feral chickens strutting around and coqui frogs at night. We found these entertaining and they seemed to keep the bugs at bay. Some folks mentioned the noise from the street and the park across the way, but we just poured an adult beverage and sat on the huge lanai and watched the free show. This house worked well for us while touring the Hilo side of the island.

A Perfect Beach Home Getaway

This beach home is truly the perfect place to stay—an absolute gem on the Hilo side of the island! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the seamless blend of modern amenities and island charm. The home is beautifully designed with all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and stylish, cozy furnishings that make it easy to relax and unwind.The beds were incredibly comfortable and I loved that I didn't have to take home a suitcase full of dirty laundry. But the real magic is outside: the front porch is a dream. We started each morning with coffee while watching the sunrise and ended the day playing board games and taking in the breathtaking sunset. It was a front-row seat to nature’s best show.Although it was hot outside, the cool ocean breeze blew through the large beach-facing windows, keeping us comfortable throughout the day and night. It made the whole space feel fresh and open.What we loved most was the location. You feel like you're tucked away in a quiet, secluded part of the island, but everything you could want is just 10-15 minutes away—great restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and golf. Plus, it’s centrally located between iconic destinations like Rainbow and Akaka Falls, making day trips easy and convenient.And the best part? The beach is literally across the street, offering some of the best snorkeling we experienced on the Hilo side of the island. Crystal-clear waters, vibrant marine life, and no crowds—it doesn’t get better than that.This home is a rare find—peaceful, convenient, and simply a charm. For our next rip to the big island, we have no need to look for another place to stay. We will be back to the Hilo Oasis for sure!!

Lovely house, but…

This house is very nice with everything one would need.Right across the street are 3 beaches which lead to many blasting stereo cars driving up and down this road as there is a dead end turn around 2 blocks from house. The couches (futons) are not the most comfortable to sit on.The absolute worst part is the next door neighbors 3 very large dogs that start barking 5:00am every day with the neighbor interacting with them. With no air conditioning and the bedroom open windows 10’ from the fence line makes for an unacceptable serene ocean morning.

Beautiful property and excellent location

Could not have landed a better spot on the Hilo side of the island. Beautiful neighborhood and excellent location. Across the street from the beach park and 10 minutes outside of town it was an excellent stay for 3 days. Some may not enjoy the experience of the local Tacoma boyz culture but we loved it and had fun rating all the suped up cars peeling out over the speedbumps. It only last till about 7-8pm when they close the park gates so it makes for great evening entertainment. If you are lucky enough to get a clear night the stars are incredible from the front yard.

The beach park across the street was lively, but quieted down before closing. The local people were warm and friendly, with lots of families including grandparents and little kids. The water was clear, and calm within the protection of the coves.

Most Beautiful Location in Hilo

We are so happy with this stay that we plan to come back again for sure. It made our stay worth it and we made awesome memories. Richardson beach is a few steps away so we took advantage of how close it is and visited often. I just wished it had AC, that will be the only negative. Other than that, they have everything you might need to enjoy your stay in Hilo. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us. Mahalo, R’s Family

Amazing.

We stayed for 4 nights in February, and loved it. The deck is perfect for coffee in the morning and to sit and enjoy the breeze in the afternoon. The kitchen was great and we loved how spacious this space was both inside and outside. We loved seeing the honus in the lagoon across the street and how quiet the area was at night. There's nothing bad to say about this place--I can't wait to go back. Mahalo to Thom for all of his help.

Relaxing Getaway

We were looking for a quiet nice place for a relaxing getaway and we are glad we stayed here. This house is very clean and has everything you need. Kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals and it even has a rice pot and a small coffee maker. Beds are comfortable and there are extra towels and a washer and dryer. the Lanai looking out toward the ocean is big open and breezy. If you like the ocean then this is the place for you. Snorkeling, diving and fishing are just steps away. Looking up at night and seeing nothing but stars was incredible! Like the other reviews said there is no air conditioning but there are fans provided and that was enough for us. This is Hawaii so we expected that. My only regret is that we could not stay longer. If you just want to kickback and soak in Hilo then this is the place for you! we will definitely be back.

House was good and described as in previous reviews. Bad experience with Evolve property management.

House in a nice location on a well-kept large property, right across from the beach. Well stocked and comfortable. Very nice front porch. Bedrooms smell a bit musky. Would stay again if not for my bad experience with the property management company "Evolve". Stayed at property with a colleague for a conference in Hilo. Booked on my credit card, but had to get my colleague listed on the rental and/or split the charge for reimbursement purposes.Contacted Evolve several days before beginning of rental to ask whether there was any way to add my colleague's name to the rental, and/or to split the charge across two credit cards, or to re-book the rental so that I pay for half the week-long stay and my colleague for the other half. The first inquiry did result in an email from an "advisors from the Guest Experience Team at Evolve" letting me know that she was going to find out what my options were, but she never followed up to provide me with an answer. I called Evolve a few days later, but Evolve was not willing to provide a solution ("against their policy" is what I was told). And there was no attempt at trying to find a solution (we would have been willing to pay a re-booking feel or such). On top of that the person I talked to was remarkably rude, resulting in an upsetting experience. Granted my request may not have been "standard", but I surmise that a locally staffed property management would have resolved my problem in a solution-oriented and friendly manner.

Nice Stay - Great View of the Ocean

The house is very nice. It has everything you'd need. We did a lot of cooking at the house. The kitchen was well appointed. However there was not a dishwasher. The two bedrooms are very small. They are fine for sleeping but very cramped. There were just two of us so it worked out fine. It would be cramped if 4 adults tried to share the house. The bathroom was on the smaller side. Not much room on the vanity. The shower was roomy and had good water pressure. The property was very well maintained and right across from the beach. Very pretty view. Beautiful big porch to sit on. I wish the outside chairs were more comfortable. One downside of the property is the house next door. There were two big dogs that barked a lot. Fortunately they were brought in at at night time so that wasn't a problem. But they started barking early. We were gone most of the day sightseeing so it wasn't too bad. If you were to spend a lot of time at the house it would get annoying to hear the dogs barking. There is not A/C. Just fans and open windows (which contribute to noise).

Wonderful house and views

I hate to leave any negative feedback because the house and views were really, really wonderful but I would want to know this information myself. The house had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. Loved early mornings on the porch when it was quiet and ease of walking to beach across street. On a referral we went to Hawaii Botanical Gardens and had lunch at the Shake Shack nearby. I felt most relaxed there, so beautiful. The Farmer’s Market is cool. Check out Volcano’s National Park (spend a day). As far as what the property manager/owner provided and could control, it was amazing. Take this for what you will. To set expectations, the road in front of the house is where everyone goes to cruise. It dead ends shortly past the house, which is the turn around point. You get it all, bumpin’ bass, burnouts, lifted trucks & SUV’s, sports cars, Harley’s, and dirt bikes doing wheelies. I honestly don’t hate any of these things, but it def wasn’t the chill vibe we wanted for vacation. Our experience with quiet hours was it seemed more like a suggestion. Def stuff going on until 11pm or so. Had a 3am wake up call from a car parked across road wanting to share how loud their stereo & bass were for over 40 min before being told to leave. I guess we were amazed that others didn’t mention any issues with noise. Maybe it was because we stayed Fri- Mon. I don’t want to steer away from a really great house. Just set your expectations that it’s a possibility.

Lovely beach home

This is a relaxing, beautiful home with a lovely ocean view. We easily found everything we needed, and appreciated helpful communications with the property manager. A very easy walk to the sea from the house. Mahalo hosts :)

Great location with killer lanai

Exactly as advertised. Perfect location for visiting the Hilo area with Leleiwi and Richardson Parks across the street. Close enough to downtown to pop in for meals yet far enough out to avoid the congestion.
