Loggerhead Cay 273, Updated, Partial Angled Gulf Views!
***October 27 through November 25*** From October 27- Nov 25 Loggerhead Cay will have construction crews on site working on repairs to the sewers and pipes. There will be pipes running on top of the ground in the courtyard and over walkways. There will also be heavy machinery on-site, as well as a pump truck. Expect construction noise during this project. During the scheduled worktime for each building there will be a limited amount of water usage between the hours of 8am and 4pm. This means limited shower and non-usage of dishwashers or washing machines during these hours. Toilets will be usable but limited as it will be sent to a pump truck.
Buildings 1 & 2: Oct 27-30, Nov 3-6, Nov 10-13, Nov 17-20
Building 3: Nov 12-13, Nov 17-20, Nov 24-25
Buildings 4 & 5: Nov 12-13, Nov 17-20
The contractor will be working Monday through Thursday ONLY each week.
**Please note that Sanibel Island is open for business! Loggerhead Cay has been welcoming guests since December 2023. The pool, tennis and pickleball courts are now open. All public beach accesses are open, there are over 50 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. Some areas of our island are under construction, but this should not impact your enjoyment.**
Welcome to your beach oasis at Loggerhead Cay 273. This lovely condo has all new furniture and wood plank luxury vinyl throughout. The coastal hues of blues and greys create a serene setting for your vacation. Relax on the new living room sofas while watching your large flat screen TV. This condo is able to accommodate a party of 4 with a comfy king bed in the primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The guest room has 2 twin beds, flat screen TV and private bathroom. Enjoy any meal, prepped in your full kitchen, at the dining room table or on the lanai where you will enjoy the Gulf breezes with a partial angled view of the courtyard and the Gulf. Summer 2025-the kitchen is undergoing a complete remodel. Photos coming soon!
Take a stroll along the white sandy beaches while taking in the tranquility of the calm Gulf waves. Afterwards, spend the rest of your afternoon lounging by the oversized heated swimming pool. A perfect way to complete the day making amazing treasured memories.
The owner provides beach chairs and an umbrella for your convenience.
Loggerhead Cay complex amenities include: a heated pool, gas grills, pickleball/tennis courts, shell washing station, shuffleboard and direct gulf access.
Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.
**This condominium requires a 7-night minimum stay SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BOOKINGS ONLY**
**Charging of E-Cars, E-bikes & E-scooters are currently prohibited on the property.**
**Sanibel Holiday cannot offer compensation or refunds due to closed amenities during your stay**
