Air conditioned, two bedroom restored cottage. Pet friendly for 1 small outside dog only. Great undercover entertaining area with fenced yard, gas BBQ and outdoor setting. TV, DVD player, dishwasher, laundry with washer and dryer, single carport and room for boat on driveway.

Please Note: 'PJ's Cottage' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
