Year TWO in the books at Hilltop Cottage! Consistently perfect in every way. Looking for a fully stocked, family-friendly place with space for family dinners? Shortest walk to downtown without the crowds? Easiest hosts? This is your place! We are already looking forward to year 3 with Kathy and Barry.

Spectacular Location and Accommodations

The cottage was ideally located to the historic area of Saugatuck. Home has been tastefully updated but without losing any of the charm of a lake resort cottage.

Excellent!

Everything was perfect and all five of us loved our stay in this hilltop cottage! The location was great and the home was the best equipped that I've experienced. Kathy and her husband were friendly and close by if needed, though we didn't need a thing! I highly recommend this home.
