Un apartamento de dos dormitorios muy cuidado ubicado en una ubicación ideal en el popular Fishpen.   Fácil paseo plano a través del camino a Mitches Jetty, Main Surf Beach.  La propiedad está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para sentarse, relajarse y disfrutar de sus vacaciones.  Una hermosa terraza grande con vistas al agua donde puede sentarse y ver la puesta de sol.   Un paseo plano sobre el puente y hacia Merimbula, donde podrá disfrutar de los cafés / boutiques por los que se renuncia a Merimbula.

Duerme cómodamente 4 personas, con 1 cama queen y 2 camas individuales.  Aparcamiento en la calle.

Great get away

this place was great to stay with our family for a weekend away, has everything and walking distance to mitches jetty, where can grab coffee and watch the kids and the beach. we will be staying here again.

Great winter getaway

Clean, quiet, well kept apartment. We loved the balcony that catches the morning sun and overlooks the Fishpen. Mere metres from the beach and an easy walk into town for the Jazz Festival. The one flight of (quite steep) stairs to the door wasn't a problem for us.

Everything you need

Lovely clean apartment...had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Loads of kitchen equipment which made it easy to cook. Beautiful and peaceful view of Fishpen from the balcony. Only thing that would have made it perfect would have been access to wifi/internet.

Beautiful location

We had the most wonderful stay in Merimbula which was made perfect with the amazing location of this unit. Beautiful deck to sit back and watch the world go by. Lots of crockery and utensils to help with dinners in. Have booked again for next year :)

Perfect location for views and kayaking

Flat 6 looks out on the bay and only 50 steps from a Sandy section where you can launch a kayak. Fishpen road is quiet, flat and welcoming for walkers. The accommodation is pleasant and comfortable ( though one of the single beds needs repair)

Great location

Great location right on lake and short walk to beach. Great view from balcony. Easy 20 minute walk into town. Unfortunately no hairdryer and a little kitchen detergent would have been appreciated. Otherwise well appointed. Remember to take your own bed sheets and towels.

4 days in Merimbula

The apartment was overlooking the lagoon at Merimbula. A balcony made it easy to and relax with coffee and/or wine. Facilities were very good, and there was a cosy warm ambience.

Unit was lovely and clean, position and view was beautiful, windows in bedrooms need repair, one doesn’t open at all and the other rattles constantly and can only open by propping up with a piece of wood . A little annoying.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Great location, close to the jetty and across the road from the water. Great views over the lake and a lovely balcony to enjoy the view and the morning sun. We would stay again.

Fabulous Siebel views

Property had a lovely outlook and was very easy to be in. windows however did not stay up unless chocked and it would have been nice to have a small hand soap available in the bathroom. I didnt scroll down with the "More..." button on the listing and so missed the requirement to bring our own linen (my bad) and as we arrived late had to do with out sheets, luckily we bought beach towels with us. Dont get me wrong we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, just letting others know not to make our mistakes. GB
