The home features a white sand beach on the water. The breathtaking water views from inside and outside. We are sitting on the calm waters of the Santa Rosa Sound with fantastic views from 5 balconies and a waterfront private beach. The emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and Navarre Beach is a 3 minute walk. It’s beautifully decorated, with windows, decks and balconies everywhere and large enough to comfortably accommodate large families or big friend groups to enjoy quality time on vacation together.

This home is perfect for your dream vacation. The kitchen is spacious, a great gathering space, open to the dining and family room and has views of the water since it sits right on the water! The master suite offers king size bed, soaking tub, separate shower, large walk in closet and a huge private balcony with a spiral staircase to up to incredible views from the crow's nest.

Kids love having 2 beaches to choose from - your own private beach steps away from the back porch and the Gulf Beach! Our private Beach is on the Sound side, not the Gulf side so there's no undertow and the waves are gentle and great for small children to play safely under adult supervision of course (no lifeguards).

The beautiful Santa Rosa Sound awaits and is great for kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing, jet skis, pontoon boating and other water sports you can enjoy with your family. If you do choose to enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Florida Emerald Coast, it's a 3-minute walk; but also, there is no need to cross a road to set up your beach chairs, towels and umbrellas in the sand by the water. No waiting for the elevator like at a condo. You get the best of both worlds here! The Caribbean Soul has it all!

-An assortment of beach toys and games are provided for your pleasure as well as chairs and a rolling cooler. Watch from the patio or decks as the kids make sandcastles and forts on the beach.

- Everything you brought, and need is conveniently steps from YOUR PRIVATE BEACH on the WATER - all the comforts of your food, drinks, powder room, beach toys are a few feet away.

- Drink cooler (full size 15 cu ft. electric) is downstairs by the back door so that cold one is right there for your convenience.

- HD TVs in every room with plenty of channels; large 70” Samsung 4K Smart TV in living room and large 55” Samsung 4K Smart TV in master suite, DVD players in every room - you can also bring your Firestick/ROKU.

- An assortment of beach toys is provided for the children to enjoy. Cards, games, & puzzles are provided for indoor fun at night or on a rainy day. An assortment of books in a bookcase with paperback and hard cover books provided for our guests to enjoy.

- Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops large enough for 2 cooks. The over-sized island is a great family gathering spot! In addition to all the normal built-in appliances, we provide:

- Convenience store and all local restaurants on the island are within walking distance of the house and many others on the mainland just a short drive away.

- Plenty of deep sea fishing captains in nearby Destin and Gulf Breeze - Excellent fishing captain available about 20 minutes from Navarre Beach.

- Bedroom 1 Large Master suite with king size bed, 55" 4K smart TV. attached en-suite bath has double vanities, jacuzzi tub, separate shower with two shower heads including a rain shower head, a private water closet and a large walk-in closet.

- Desk and office chair provided in master suite for getting a little work done if needed.

- The deck off of the master suite spans the back of the house just like the lower deck off of the living/dining room. There is also a spiral staircase leading up to a widow's walk which has incredible views!

- Bedroom 2 is a smaller Master Suite that has a queen bed and its own private en-suite bath

- Bedroom 3 has queen bed; shares large hall bath and a large balcony

- Bedroom 4 bath has queen bed, large walk-in closet; shares large hall bath and a large balcony

- Bedroom 5 has bunk beds, single (twin size) over double (full size) beds; connects to hall bath

- We provide starters of items like paper towels, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap, toilet paper, tissues, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. Large groups will need to plan on bringing more of these amenities for your complete stay.

- 5 cars total can fit in the garage/driveway - Garage that can fit 3 cars; 2 car driveway. No on-street parking or trailers on driveway per HOA rules.

- Keyless entry code provided for your safety to provide contactless check-in and out; Security cameras outside the house and in the garage for our guest's safety

- Neighborhood dock is available for fishing or just enjoying the view

- A half-day drive from many cities. Pensacola, FL airport is about 30 miles away.

- Get that personal touch when you stay here because we are owner managed. Talk to the owner and not an impersonal management company. Feel like a guest and not just a renter when you vacation with us. We want you to love the house and Navarre Beach just like we do!

We recommend that you consider purchasing traveler's insurance when making a reservation. Travel insurance is not included in this reservation and can be purchased through a third party VRBO company. It is not very expensive and can be very helpful to protect you from unexpected mishaps like family sickness or a hurricane

The "fine print": 😊 - There is a rental agreement attached to be signed and mailed or emailed to us to rent this house along with a photocopy of the renter's drivers license (this was recommended to us by VRBO due to recent internet scams - we just need to know it is a real person wanting to rent).

Our contract agreement is for 11 people maximum staying in the house; we can make exceptions for children 3 and under - please message us if your group is larger than 11 as we want to make sure that your group can all fit comfortably in the house (additional charges may apply). At no time may more than the maximum agreed to persons be present inside the property. Occupancy is closely monitored and violations may result in guest removal and forfeiture of monies paid.

We love hosting nice family and friend group vacations, but this house is NOT suitable for weddings, receptions or parties. This is a NON-SMOKING or VAPING house, which is strictly enforced. NO PETS allowed on the property. NO STUDENT GROUPS! Primary Renter must be over 25 years old. NO EXCEPTIONS.
