Absolutamente directo con vista al mar en el último piso, condominio de dos dormitorios ubicado en el corazón de Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. ¡Cuando entras por la puerta y ves el océano azul por el balcón, has llegado al paraíso hawaiano!

Completamente remodelado con muebles de alta calidad, a pocos pasos del océano y a pocos pasos de restaurantes y tiendas, ¡no hay nada mejor que este condominio!

Desde el balcón privado, relájese viendo nadar a las tortugas marinas en las piscinas de marea directamente debajo, vea delfines y marsopas haciendo volteretas en alta mar, cazando ballenas (en temporada) y cruceros que pasan durante todo el año. Lee and Courtney’s place is pure magic! It felt like staying at a friend’s home, warm, welcoming, and perfectly appointed. Adventure is all around — volcanoes, black and green sand beaches, coffee tours and more— but honestly, we never wanted to leave the condo. We did adventure a lot but tried to make sure we were back for sunsets (dolphins & Surfers included!). It was so nice not to have texts and emails reminding us that it’s almost time to go, relaxed vibes, epic views, can’t wait to come back!Mahalo Courtney & Lee

Adults Only Family Vacation

The view from this condo is beautiful. We enjoyed the lanai everyday. The table on the lanai was perfect for our family meals and we enjoyed the lounge chairs for reading and visiting while watching the surf. We cooked every day. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of pans and dishes. The condo layout is efficient and comfortable. The condo location is also extremely convenient and it was helpful to have a parking space included with the condo. Our host was very available and assisted very quickly with the couple of items we needed assistance with. It is an understatement that our host was outstanding! If we return to this area, we will seek out this same condo. It was perfect for our vacation!.

Well appointed condo overlooking the ocean

Beautifully decorated unit. Serene colors of dark sturdy wood against cream and sea blue. Spacious rooms and lanai. Fans, air-conditioning as needed and large screened patio. Large sliding doors onto the lanai with an unobstructed view of the ocean. A selection of books on Hawaii, DVD's. Full sized washer and dryer. Soft, thick white towels. Well equipped kitchen s facocean.

Everything we wanted or needed

The condo was everything the pictures and description represented: stunning views, clean and comfortable, and nicely appointed. We watched turtles in the tide-pools, and beautiful sunsets at night. The building itself is older, but well maintained. Location was great, just a couple of miles from the downtown area of Kailua-Kona. Parking was easy, and the Poke Shack that adjoins the property was a nice treat! Courtney and Lee were phenomenal hosts, and their communication was excellent. We had one minor issue with a ceiling fan, and they had it fixed right away. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Space is AMAZING

Apartment is right on the water. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. Unit was exactly as described, perfectly clean, easy to reach, plenty of parking and just fantastic.

Perfection!

Spectacular location and view! Sea turtles in the bay below! Quiet!! Some of the most beautiful sunsets we've ever seen.Accommodations were beyond what was expected. Every kitchen utensil you would need, plenty of towels, and comfortable beds. We left the doors open most of the time and only used the AC at bedtime. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Minutes from downtown Kona. If you have any questions the landlords get back to you in a timely manner. Sad to leave, but looking forward to coming again in the future.

This Condo was above and beyond expectations! Updated, very clean, nicely appointed, and well stocked! Truly Oceanfront with turtle viewing from the Lanai! This condo has all the right elements for a relaxing getaway. Ocean just below your deck with views to forever, well-stocked kitchen and baths, quiet building, covered parking and comfy beds! We have been in this area many times, but this is the first time we preferred to just stay “home” and soak up the ambiance. Hated to leave! 😃

Amazing Condo!

We were coming to the big island for the first time and in need of a relaxing get away from work. This was the most amazing condo and just what the doctor ordered! We found ourselves sitting on the amazing patio enjoying the amazing view instead of going out. Waking up to the view of the waves crashing is perfect and this is by far the best VRBO we have stayed in thus far! Plenty of tools in the kitchen for cooking your own meals and BBQ's with the best view in the world. Quite and relaxing, this is definitely where we would stay if we were booking a stay on the big island. It is also close to Kona and easy to get to everything quickly. Thank you for the most relaxing place to stay.

Stellar vacation

From start to go, the process was a breeze. Lee and Courtney are beyond wonderful landlords. The spot is amazing, the condo had everything we needed and more. We were so delighted to find chairs and a sun umbrella. We were greeted with a bag of coffee and plenty of laundry detergent for our stay. I would not hesitate to book this property. Fabulous condo, great views, great location

We truly enjoyed our vacation at this condo. It’s clean, comfortable (AC in all rooms with individual temperature controls), great location (right on the water close to restaurants and beaches), so many thoughtful amenities (kitchen with condiments, utensils, toaster, rice maker, coffee maker; beach towels, beach chairs, beach mats; binoculars, flash lights). They even had hair dryer and straightener, which had I know would have saved me carrying mine (would have rather brought my own shampoo/conditioner/body wash as they provide one tiny set per bathroom only). The owners are awesome and communicate well, their suggestions guide was on point we tried all the restaurants they mentioned and they’re great. The view from the patio is beautiful and we enjoyed sunsets and a couple dinners there as the view was better than at restaurants. We would love to be back!

Kona Beach Stay

Although the complex in which the unit is located is old and somewhat worn down, the unit itself has been significantly updated and has a nice kitchen and excellent furniture, including two very nice beds. The surface cleaning of the unit was great, but it is in need of a deep clean. A reserved covered parking spot is made available, which is nice and convenient especially when it is raining. Luxurious quantities of towels are supplied in the unit, along with ample supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, bar soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwashing pods. The balcony looks west directly out over the ocean, with a beautiful view of the water, as well as the rocky beach area immediately below. The sunsets were delightful and several nights we even had a full moon glittering on the water just before sunrise. Nearby surfers could be watched during the day as entertainment, and an occasional sea turtle showed up to rest in the rocks just below the balcony. The rocky beach area was particularly enjoyable for sunbathing and dipping of toes and body to cool off. It was pleasant to hang out there rather than driving long distances to far-away beaches. Overall this unit was very nice. The only item of shortcoming was the capacity of the hot water heater: It was plenty hot enough, but lasted only about 5 minutes, just enough time for one shower only.

Gorgeous Waterfront Condo

First of all the view is stunning! We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Our hosts provided everything we needed. Bath and beach towels, toiletries, delicious Kona coffee, binoculars, air conditioning and fans in every room. I am on the short side so it was thoughtful to have step stools handy. You did a wonderful job trying to think of everything someone might need. We tried every restaurant suggestion you made in the handy renters manual. Great food at all of them. We would rent this condo again without question. I do have a couple of small suggestions for the owners. I would remind tenants to empty the lint trap in the dryer. We couldn't close the lint trap because it was so full. I tried to fish out as much as possible, but I am sure it needed more lint taken out. Also, a dust broom and pan would be handy. I felt bad leaving sand on the nice floors. Thank you so much! Our stay was amazing!

Lovely rental

Property is ideal for staying close to Kona. The amenities are as described and all functioning (not something you find in all rentals). The pictures of the view don't do it justice. It was lovely to sit on porch and watch the turtles , the fish and the surfers. Parking is easy. Provided beach chairs, towels and umbrellas made beach trips extra enjoyable. I like the Hele-On an hourly free shuttle bus that picks up across the street if you want a cocktail in town and prefer not to drive. Be warned it runs on a rather erratic schedule and it's good to tell the driver where you want to get off. Mahalo to my hosts

What a view! We watched surfers daily from balcony. The condo had everything needed in the kitchen. A very nice touch was laundry soap was provided. We would recommend this unit to anyone.

Killer view

This is a very nice, well stocked, cute condo with a killer view and big deck/patio area. The owners are super nice and helpful! The condo has everything. We made all our meals here and my husband baked cookies three times! I highly recommend. I’m really gonna miss sitting out watching the surfers and whales!

Wish we Could Stay Longer

Hands down, the best vacation rental experience!!! The unit is clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped for cooking and relaxation, and located at a perfect spot. You cannot beat the picture perfect view! You are right by the ocean!

Pictures did not disappoint

I rarely give 5 star reviews. On this one, I would have given 6 stars if available. The condo was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean and well maintained. The pictures of the unit and the views were exactly as shown. I was worried when we booked that they were 20 year old pictures and the views were from other common areas. Not the case. The location and quality of accommodations made our vacation more special.

Honeymoon #3

We married in April 2022, we are retired, we love traveling. this was our 8th rental in the last year. This was our BEST rental experience. Hosts were in contact well ahead of our visit to inquire about our interests and of any previous experience on the Big Island and then responded with many suggestions. Like many properties in this area, the building shows signs of its age and is in need of some TLC. However, the condo was an oasis, remodeled and well maintained. We spent every breakfast and evening on the lanaii and slept to the sound of the surf with the windows open. (We now have Google play "ocean sounds" every night"). We had our big meal during our daytime ventures around the island so we could dine on Costco shrimp platters and white wine at sunset. The free island transport stops in front of the complex each hour, so it is an easy visit to Kailua without dealing with traffic or parking. The kitchen was perfect for our use of light meals and can accomodate full meals if desired. There are ceiling fans everywhere so, even in August, the AC was never needed. Furniture was stylish and comfortable and is in the process of being upgraded again. If you don't rent this property, someone else will be enjoying themselves here!

We are available 24/7 and are not happy with anything less than a truly magical Hawaiian holiday for each and every one of our guests!

Our home is a lively place with three multigenerational Australian Labradoodles and a 300-gallon saltwater fish tank full of beautiful Hawaiian critters.

Courtney is retired from healthcare and now enjoys working at a popular jewelry shop in downtown Kailua. Lee runs a couple businesses that he started from scratch. We work together to give our guests the very best Hawaiian Holiday possible.

The oceanfront setting of the condo is truly breathtaking. We looked at over a dozen oceanfront condos before we found this one. We've never seen a more beautiful oceanview and we are pretty confident you will agree!

We love the water and you cannot get much closer to the ocean than this condo. Just out the door from the condo you can swim, surf, snorkel, spear-fish, paddle board…and so much more.

You'll love the ocean but the condo itself is truly wonderful. From top to bottom, everything is all new and tastefully done.
