The Hines’ Ocean View Lodge is located in Meat Cove and is high on a hill over looking the village with a spectacular view of the ocean. The lodge has 5 bedrooms, four upstairs and one downstairs, a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms, a large upper and lower deck.The house is fully epuipped with linens, dishes, pots and pans, satellite tv, barbecue, including WiFi high-speed internet. Also a outdoor fire pit. The lodge is a licensed property and participant of the Nova Scotia Approved program.
One of the most picturesque destinations, located just off the world famous Cabot Trail, is Meat Cove, a tiny fishing village nestled in a sheltered cove at the Northern-most tip of Cape Breton Island. At the very end of a 5 mile gravel road, you will witness spectacular views of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, miles of rugged coastline and unsurpassed mountain landscape. Our lodge, located on a mountain overlooking Meat Cove, offers guests a serene setting with incredible ocean views. Guests can sit back and relax, watch whales in the ocean below and eagles flying above in the clear blue sky all from our spacious open deck.
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
