The apartment is suitable for 1 to 2 persons and has a separate double bedroom, a living / dining room with kitchenette and a bathroom.

It is located in the immediate vicinity of "spray zone" of sea (100 meters) and sandy beach (50 meters).
The apartment is located in the 3rd. First floor (attic studio) about 40 sqm - built in 2011 - no elevator - and thus offers an incomparable sea view through the panoramic windows.

From dining table, sofa or the reclining chair of the sandy beach, the sea and in good weather, the islands of Juist and Norderney is seen!

A direct place in the sun they have through the window balcony of convertible window and so can the wonderful view "open air" enjoy.

The living and dining room consists of: Smart TV - 42 ", DVD player, hi-fi system, Internet radio (Internet is available via Wi-Fi and LAN), fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven ,

From the porthole windows of the double bedroom you can also see directly on the dike and the sea.

Also from the roof window of the bathroom (toilet, shower and washer dryer) they have the North Sea view.

Remarks

The apartment is a Non smoking apartment.
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed.

The rental price is for a maximum of 2 adults and the minimum stay is 7 nights in high season.
During the high season the change is only possible on Saturdays (or by appointment).

The attic studio is located in the 3rd. Upstairs (no elevator!) overlooking the North Sea.

The service charge (30. 00 €) is included in the rental price.

There is a free reserved car park "Inselblick" for a car as well as a bicycle shed available.

Information about the environment of the apartment

Directly opposite the front door is the spa garden.
Restaurants with East Frisian cuisine, shops, bakeries and ice cream parlor can be reached in a few steps.
The "Haus des Gastes", the Kurmittelhaus, the reading room on the dike with the latest newspapers, the seal sanctuary, a mini golf course, the bowling alley and the "Ocean Wave" (wave pool with sauna) are about 300 meters away.
The ferry port and train station (Norddeich Mole) can be reached in 15 minutes. Boat trips can be made to Norderney or Juist or by train to the Emden city center or Kunsthalle.
The beautiful city of Norden can be reached by bike or by bus / car in a few minutes (tea museum).
Kitesurfing, windsurfing and sailing are available at a distance of approximately 400 meters; Taster courses are possible.
