We Left My Brother Stay Here

When my daughter told us her wedding date and place for the venue, we immediately booked a room. Ended up most of our family stayed in the same property. Unfortunately, we had two dogs that had to travel with us because we didn't have anyone to care for them and we didn't want to leave them alone overnight. So we ended up renting a house. But my brother and his fiancee needed a place, so this worked out well. The owners were great with the transitioning the change in people staying there. My brother told me the place was great, well located to everything and they had a great time there. Booking in advance is always better than hoping you'll find something later on. I would totally recommend this condo to anyone.

The condo was beautifully updated and decorated. It was cozy and perfect for our family of 4! Definitely would recommend and we would love to come and stay again!

Nice condo for a needed get away.

Our first time using vrbo - yup I know, and a good experience. Lake Delavan is a nice quite town, 15 minutes from Lake Geneva. Lake Delavan downtown is quaint with an old main street revitalization. Went to Jonathan's for dinner $$$ a very good food. The resort is clean and nice. We spent time at the pool swimming and laying out in the sun. Beautiful sunsets and friendly people to chat with. Although a small town - shopping center near by; Walmart, Aldi and food chain restaurants. Units dont have ovens for stay but a microwave/convection which works fine. We'd cone back😀

Don’t stay in this condo

First off we would have had a nice stay but many things made our stay awful and we won’t return. The pros is that this room is decorated beautiful and the bed was clean and comfortable, but the cons outweighed the overall experience. Immediately when we checked into our room, the kitchen island was a mess with food crumbs and drink spills from the people before us. Just gross! Second, We had water pouring all over us from the balcony above so we couldn’t enjoy sitting outside to have our morning coffee (Possibly the AC unit above). Then it just got worse when the next morning water was dumping through our ceiling in our bathroom from the unit above us. I’m talking pouring through the ceiling and the fan! We requested to be moved right away, and they put us into a disgusting dirty room that was never cleaned. Then we needed to be moved again to another room, and this one was better but we didn’t have a view or balcony of the lake which is what we payed for originally. Not worth the money at all. The management did try to make it right by refunding us part of the stay, but I believe we should have been at least refunded and entire nights credit for the inconvenience. Also May I mention this was our babymoon. We won’t be back.

Great option for families!

I thought the property and room was nice. I would definitely come back. Think of the rooms as 1 Step above a normal hotel room. The room and pools exceeded expectations based on pictures. The property is clean and has an indoor & outdoor pool, which was kept clean. A small beach, but the sand doesn’t run into the water, there is some grass and boulder rocks that act as a barrier so there’s not a “shore” to play in which made it hard for our 2 year old to enjoy. My only complaint was the room needed some small upgrades. The carpet was pretty old, the blinds in the bedroom were missing some pieces when you closed them, and the bathroom curtains had Mildew stains on them and needed to be replaced.
