the condo was in a great location and had a lovely deck to sit by the lake . the pool was nice and the kayak rental place was close by. the condo itself however needed some work and many items were broken ( dishwasher, clogged sink , black line in tv).the host was very easy to communicate with but really nothing was done to address the issues while we were there and no refund was given ( as she said) for our inconvenience.

It is a great location and a great place with a fantastic view, but when we arrived here, cleanliness was quite wanting, and a lot of devices were broken. I would recommend the place apart from that, so if there could be a bit more attention to cleaning and repair, this would easily be a five star place.

A lot of things didn’t work ice maker, tub stopper to take a bath. Main shower head was very messy, water everywhere and dripping faucets in both tubs. Great view! Near the town which was nice.

We were in town for a birthday party so e didn’t get to spend much time on property. The place was clean and the view is beautiful. Quiet neighborhood. I would love to come back when we can spend more time just enjoying the view!

The condo has a great view of Lake Como and it was very peaceful and quiet. Nice patio overlooking the lake. There are a few things that need fixing but nothing major. Not much water pressure in the master bath shower and the lighting in the bedrooms and living area is pretty dim especially for people whose eyes are not young anymore. Kitchen is pretty well appointed. Eating utensils were a little disappointing.

Thank you for your review and for highlighting the peaceful setting, lake views, and patio. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and found the condo well-appointed. We appreciate your feedback regarding the lighting, shower, and kitchen utensils. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we regularly evaluate the property and amenities based on guest suggestions. The condo is equipped with recessed lighting throughout, additional lamps, and a modern shower system, but we understand that preferences can vary from guest to guest. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We hope to welcome you back to Lake Como in the future.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The view and overall experience were amazing. The only issue we faced was with spiders and small bugs inside and outside the house. There were some spider webs as well, so the property could benefit from a deeper cleaning and bug treatment. We are a bit particular about cleanliness, so this stood out to us.Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the beautiful views and overall experience. As a lakefront property, some seasonal insect activity is unfortunately unavoidable, especially around the exterior of the home. That said, we take cleanliness very seriously and appreciate you bringing the spider webs to our attention so we can address them with our cleaning team. We’re happy to hear you otherwise had a wonderful stay and hope to welcome you back again soon!

Overnight stay to visit grandma

My mother in law has a crowded house on the holidays so we decided to get our own space to sleep. It was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of Lake Como. We will stay here again.
