It is a lovely 40sqm house right on the sea in Peristeria Salamina. It is 20 minutes from the port of the island and 50 from Piraeus. It is built in a pine forest and at 10 meters from the entrance there is a beach where you can enjoy your swim in the crystal clear waters of the Saronic Gulf. The quiet and leafy location is magnificent with wonderful, organized beaches within 200 m. Nicholas, Patitiri. In 10 minutes walk you are in the cave of Euripides.
