There are another 3 bedrooms on the bottom level, two sharing a bathroom and the other offering an en-suite. With two spacious living areas there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the stylish yet comfortable home.

Throughout the home there are beautiful handmade African mementos added by the owner showcasing a unique style and character to the home.

The spectacular views spread across Palm Beach and Pittwater to capture both the best of sunrise and sunset. On the lower lawn is a large grassed yard complete with pool perfect for families. Surrounded by beautiful gardens with manicured lawns the house also offers a hot/cold shower for the keen beach goers to refresh after some killer waves - the main beach of Palm Beach only being about a 5 minute walk!
