The resort was lovely, the staff members were fantastic and the rooftop terrace was a wonderful bonus. The proximity to everything is great and the ocean is steps away from the complex. The apartment was clean but VERY tired. I advised reception about large water stains on the ceiling. The rattan dining chair seats were broken and overall the unit needs some tlc.

Good Stay

The condo was in a good location to beach and surrounding activities. The condo itself had all the kitchen needs and a washer and dryer. Never had an issue with parking, but we stayed at the end of March, so not sure if the busy season would affect that. The inside of the condo was clean, with exception of the floors. We noticed sand under foot as soon as we walked in. They do provide a vacuum, but our socks and feet turned dirty very quickly. That's my only complaint. Would stay again.

Stayed at Chateau by the Sea several times and always have a wonderful time. Clean, modern and spacious. Great location!

Wonderful experience

Property staff was excellent. Publix within walking distance. Right next to the pier. Great place it was my second time staying there. See you again in a few months.

Would stay again!

We enjoyed this space. It was well stocked not only in the kitchen but with beach things too. One thing to note is that it states there is a pull out couch, in order to sleep 6. There is not a pull out couch but an air mattress that we used. The staff responded quickly and were very friendly!

Listening to the waves.

Enjoyed the warm pool and got to see 6 Space Launches from the roof. Had a side deck that even on cool days it was warm. The beach was nice and not crowded. Can say enough good things about maintenance.

Wonderful Location

The location was amazing. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, the pier and the beach. Everything was in good working condition, plenty of dishes, pans and other necessary items if you want to eat in. The unit and grounds are very clean. The furnishings are a little worn but comfortable which was relaxing, you didn't stress about putting your feet up! The unit manager is incredibly helpful and sent periodic info on upcoming events. There was a falcon heavy launch while we were there. The roof deck was excellent for watching the launch and even better for watching the boosters land. Cocoa beach itself is lovely, it's clean, quiet with lots of surfing to watch and not too crowded. This may be relative to when you go, we were there in October. Overall our visit was a very relaxing and enjoyable. I hope to go again and would gladly stay in the same unit.

Great condo

Really clean and nicely decorated condo. Grounds very well kept. Could walk to pier, restaurants, and close to Ron Jon’s. Saw 2 rocket launches from the hotel.

Great place, very nice, close to the beach and access to our family who stayed at cocoa beach inn next door. Amenities were great beach chairs, griling area, and all. No complaints. Awesome!!!!!!

Beach getaway after Disney World

Very nice condo! Great location! Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and all you could imagine in the kitchen were included. We wanted to relax after a few days at Disney World. Had a great time in this condo, would book again for sure. Really easy drive from Orlando.

Cocoa Beach Ocean View Awesome

Was back to CB for 50th high school reunion. The committee had chosen Radisson at the Port, facing the Banana River. If you’re taking a cruise and are in/out overnight, that’s your place. If you want the beach, have longer to stay, and have only a 5 minute walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier, stay here! That’s what we wanted. All rooms have ocean view. Elevator! Pool! Unit 403 great price, clean, 2 BR, 2 bath, etc-as advertised. Zareh, the property’s rep, on site, is very good and helpful, even if he didn’t go the best high school ( COCOA HIGH SCHOOL😁- Cocoa Tigers ‘73 !!).Publix very close, as are restaurants . I grew up here, so recommend going to Port Canaveral to eat fresh seafood. Highly recommend Rusty’s Seafood & Oyster Bar. The Fischer family history goes back to 1948 with Bernard’s Surf. You can Google . Chateau by the Sea close to everything-the Port, Kennedy Space Center, the Pier). We may come back and spend a month next winter. Highly recommend!
