wonderful weekend getaway

we had a wonderful stay at this condo, very clean so close to the beach .there were beach chairs and umbrellas and beach towels there etc, less for us to pack driving over . We will come back for another weekend soon . the host Zareth was nice and told us about a boat race and schedule on beach that we didnt know about ., nice bonus thank you

Perfect location for small kids

This place was perfect for my family with 3 young kids. The 2 bedroom had lots of room and was stocked to be able to cook meals. Bbq available by the pool. Heated pool with afternoon shade. Easy access to the beach. We had a great stay!

Great place to stay

Loved it! Would definitely stay here again! Host was very easily reached and friendly. Condo had the “extra small touches” beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, shuffle board and clean. Location was great!

My daughter and I spent 4 nights in the condo. It was everything we needed. Beach chairs and towels for our use. Location to the beach is wonderful. Will definitely be back!

Nice room for a relaxing time at the beach!

Room was nice and having umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler and chairs was wonderful, it made being at the beach even nicer. Got to see a space launch from the rooftop! Nice size place, able to be on the beach in minutes after leaving room.

Location location location!! Such a great place to stay, close to the pier and nice places to eat. Kennedy Space Center was around a 30 minute drive with traffic. The place itself is large and great for a family. It was nice to have the beach supplies provided and made the stay that much easier. Overall very enjoyable and hope to go back soon!

This property has an amazing location. Beach just steps away or an amazing pool, you pick. We watched two rocket launches from the sky deck. Very close walk to the Coco Beach Boardwalk with bar and restaurant. We will be back!!

Lovely condo

We loved everything about this condo. Very clean, loved all the kitchen necessities, dishes and cookware (I may buy some of this cookware for me!). Our balcony had a southern exposure so we enjoyed the afternoon sun and had protection from the cooler wind. Enjoyed watching a launch from the rooftop. Loved the heated pool and easy access to beach. Close to pier and Publix.

This condo is a great option if looking for beach/ocean view and everything included. Appreciated all the essentials in the condo, most others don’t have shampoo, paper towels, beach chairs etc. Host was super welcoming and easy to communicate with. Nice modern vibe at the complex, killer rooftop deck and steps to the beach. it’s a keeper.

Nice beach vacation

This was our second year at this property. Location is great as it’s right next to the pier. Shuffle board and pool are only a few steps away. I was a bit disappointed that this unit didn’t have a dishwasher. Overall, enjoyable experience.

Great Location

Clean and stocked condo on the beach! It came with beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella! We had no issues getting into the condo. Kelsey from stayincocoabeach.com. was attentive and very helpful. The complex was nicely maintained and perfect location for restaurants and shops. The beach is just steps away! We would definitely stay again!

Amazing week stay!

Amazing stay here at Chateau by the Sea! The unit is so nice and spacious and we didn't have to worry about anything while here! It's very nicely updated and decorated and the balcony was a great addition to the unit! The condo building was very clean and safe. The pool was amazing and the access to the beach was perfect! The rooftop patio was a big hit and offered amazing views! We will definitely be returning and bringing family with us! This is the perfect spot for a worry free vacation!

Air was fixed immediately.

Great condo on the beach. My family stayed the week and enjoyed the off street parking, the tv's in each room, and the beach. We had an issue with the air not working but this was fixed immediately. We will use Vrbo again.

Great Family Vacation

Kelsy and Zerek are the best! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sunsets on the roof top and the sound of ocean waves from our private balcony. It was such a blessing to go and relax and enjoy ourselves. The condo is close to shopping, the pier is in walking distance, and there are several restaurants nearby. My family and I would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Cocoa Beach where customer service is a top priority, then contact Stay in Cocoa Beach. They will take care of you and your family.

Good location

The location was great however the unit does not look like it does in tbe pictures. Furnishings are not what they picture. We thought it had a sleeper sofa when it said it slept 6 but the other bed was a blow up mattress which was very inconvenient. The property manager offered to bring a folding cot but there was really no place to put it. When looking to see if the sofa made into a bed, we found it was filthy under the cushions with food droppings. Housekeeping did come and vacuum it. There is no dishwasher or garbage disposal which would have been nice. The pool was nice and the location was great.

Bien situé avec parking mais pour 4 personnes pas 6 car le matelas gonflable ne passe pas dans le salon. La table aussi pour 4 pas pour 6…Meubles et canapé tachés, nous avons passé l’aspirateur en rentrant ar des cheveux et sable au sol.
