The home features two master suites and TVs in all bedrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. The spacious living area showcases stunning waterway views, while the second-floor porches offer an even more breathtaking vantage point—ideal for morning coffee or sunset relaxation.

Outdoor amenities include a private pier and floating dock, making this home perfect for boating, fishing, or simply enjoying life on the water. Despite its tranquil setting, the beach is just a short three-minute walk away with convenient access located between 205 & 207 OBW.

Additional features include Wi-Fi throughout the home and comfortable, thoughtfully designed living spaces that make this cottage feel like a true home away from home.

Not up to standard

Good location. Property needs TLC and a deep cleaning. Lots of stuff did not work properly. Dryer was not hot enough to dry clothes. Linen provided but we had to go through the linen and determine what bed it fit and then make the beds. Property not up to VRBO standards.

Quiet beach getaway

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and scenic waterway. The house was great for adults and teens to have their own spaces. The only complaint was that it was a little bit of a walk to the beach if you don’t have a wagon to carry your stuff.

Clean ,pleasant house with great view of intracoastal.

The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were pleasantly decorated. The bunk beds squeeked so loud my daughter and her husband had trouble sleeping. Every time the kids moved, it was bad!
