SHELL SHACK is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests with only a short walk to the jetty and beach.

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dining and lounge with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, ceiling fan, TV, DVD.

Ceiling fan in main bedroom, laundry with front loading washing machine, bathroom with shower and vanity, separate w/c.

Front verandah with hooded gas BBQ and outdoor setting.

Plenty of room for parking and boat - half circle driveway.

Port Rickaby is a quiet seaside township with Jetty, Caravan Park, kiosk with take-away meals, fuel, ice, bait and other general supplies.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 2 x bunks, bed 3(sunroom) - sofa bed.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$230 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$200 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$180 per night

The key safe had recently been painted & the door was stuck with paint . I had to use a pocket knife to open it in order to get the key out . The dining table and chairs have to be some of the most uncomfortable I have ever used . There were no instructions for the oven and instructions for the tv were totally inadequate. We could get sound on some channels with just a black screen with a music score showing. The house was very clean I probably misread the ad as I thought the house was seafront.The area was very quiet

Great place. Cleaning sub optimal. Had to clean glasses and cutlery plus the holder as they were filthy. Bin was mouldy with food scraps. The couch was peeling with pieces falling on the floor But overall comfortable.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The house was well presented and adequate. However, we found lots of food and sweet wrappers under the lounge. Not pleasant. TV, internet and phone reception hit and miss (or none at all). The DVD player didn’t work, not sure why. So, with no modern day distractions we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
