THE DeckHouse@PortVictoria is a beautiful 3 bedroom holiday home located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Port Victoria. With only a short walk to the town centre, beach, pub, jetty and general store, accommodates a maximum of 8 guests with plenty of room to move!

Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large electric oven/stove top, dual sink, microwave, Delonghi Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO pods), toaster, kettle, wok, good assortment of saucepans/frypans. Dining area with 6 seater dining table, extra stools under kitchen bench.
Living area with L shaped lounge, coffee table, large smart TV, sound bar, Blue-ray player, doors leading out to the rear deck.

Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout.

Main bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, w/c. Main bedroom with built in robe, door leading out to rear deck, ensuite with vanity walk-in shower, w/c . Bedroom 3 with built in robe.

Laundry with front loading washing machine, laundry trough.

Step out from the living area on to a large deck with sail shade, bar with stools, 2 wine barrels, hooded gas BBQ, fire pit (BYO wood), fish cleaning facility.
Retractable clothesline.

Dog friendly - fully enclosed rear yard.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - king, bed 2 - 2 x bunk beds, bed 3 - queen

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Linen Hire is available, please let staff know and it will be manually added to your booking.

$38.50 for the King Bed
$33.00 for the Queen Bed
$22.00 per Single Bed

Port Victoria is a small coastal township with a beautiful beach, Jetty, hotel, kiosk, maritime Museum. Wardang Island is only 10km off shore.

Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very nice but when we got there the family room was full of dog hairs and I think that the house could have been cleaner considering the cleaning fee that is paid. Overall it was worth to stay there. Could have done with a new water jug.

Reviewer Comments: Our stay was fabulous however, the aircon kept turning off which made the room my infant was staying to become hot overnight which was a concern as he isn't able to regulate his temperature yet. We managed to work around this by continuously turning it on during the night but it was frustrating. The house was clean but every now and then I would find balls of black curly hair from a previous guest.Also, one of the bean bags has a hole in it so little bean bag balls kept coming out.

This property had all we needed for a family of 7 including fish cleaning area. Dogs loved the property as well.

Only recommendation would be a small ramp out the back to be more accessible for some that might struggle with large steps.

Nice property with some Mods Required

Great property with plenty of upside. Bedrooms are Cosy, Living space is plentiful and the deck is awesome! Water pressure is non existent, we chose not to shower rather than torture ourselves with that pressure. Internet not strong enough to run netflix or stream a show. Overall its decent, but could be improved!

Such a relaxing vibe with room for the whole family. Most of our mornings and evenings were spent out on the spectacular deck enjoying meals, the view and relaxing. Close proximity to amenities at both Pt Vic or a 15 minute trip down the road to Minlaton. A good base for exploring Yorkes. Will definitely stay again.
