Si está buscando una escapada idílica en una casa de campo espaciosa rodeada de un paisaje espectacular y una vista para morirse, aquí está. Bottlebrush tiene un impresionante ambiente interior con una amplia sala de estar de planta abierta que se abre a través de puertas de vidrio de largo completo a una terraza de madera y una piscina.

La propiedad se encuentra en 5 acres, en lo alto del valle, rodeado de tierras de cultivo y bosque tropical que alberga a muchos animales y aves nativos, todos con magníficas vistas de la escarpa del valle Kangaroo y el valle del río Upper. Espero despertar para ver la niebla de la mañana, muy abajo en el valle, con el sol de la mañana iluminando la escarpa en el otro lado del valle.

La casa, de diseño arquitectónico, cuenta con una moderna sala de estar de planta abierta con una cocina gourmet, una gran chimenea de piedra, aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso, cuatro generosas habitaciones tamaño queen, un juego / quinto dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y 3 baños.

El dormitorio principal de arriba tiene fantásticas vistas desde el balcón privado y un lujoso baño completo con bañera de hidromasaje.

La cocina de caesarstone está equipada con una cocina de gas de cinco quemadores, un horno grande, un lavavajillas, un microondas y una nevera / congelador con una máquina para hacer hielo con mucho espacio en el banco y espacio de almacenamiento para preparar y cocinar sus comidas favoritas. Hay una lavandería con lavadora y secadora.
La cubierta es el lugar perfecto para cenar al aire libre con una barbacoa y al aire libre.

También hay una generosa mesa de comedor rústica al aire libre con asientos en el banco para hasta veinte personas debajo de una pérgola cubierta de enredaderas, cerca hay un pozo de fuego al aire libre (por favor traiga su propia madera o recoja madera caída de la propiedad) para relajarse.

Beautiful views and well equipped house

We had an absolutely amazing week. The house is really spacious and the views are even better. The kids loved getting in and out of the pool. My only complaint is that the decking around the pool desperately needs to be replaced.

A relaxing family getaway.

The perfect escape. The views are amazing and change from the house to the grassy slopes. The house is roomy, has a great kitchen, a kids area and the bedrooms are separate from each other. The pool was perfect- deep and right in front of the living area so the kids could swim all day. The house has been situated so you can neither hear nor see any neighbours- except the kangaroos, cows and a local echidna who came by in the afternoons. The outdoor fire area was great for evenings, the herb garden a bonus and we didn’t find a single bindy in the grass. A wonderful relaxing time for kids and parents.

Good View needs a deep clean

View from house was amazing! Very spacious and pool was great! Only downside was that the pool area had weeds shooting up through the decking and glass around the pool had not been cleaned. There was also a mouldy beer bottle on the upstairs balcony that had not been touched. The house was great for a friend getaway but I think the property needs a deep clean to make it amazing! 😌

Beautiful Location and Place

This property is in a beautiful location, perfect for getting away from it all and enjoying peace and quiet and a magnificent view. Overall it was a pleasant stay. At the time of our stay this property did have an alarm. We were greeted with it going off on first arrival, which unfortunately took the majestic feel away from arrival. Management got it attended to quickly for us though which was great. It was a bit annoying that there was no mention of any alarm or alarm code. The areas this property could improve on would be it's maintenance and cleanliness. A lot of light bulbs were blown in side lamps, pool light, outdoor areas, the glass pool fence was dirty, the kitchen exhaust was filthy, the Sonos sound system only worked in the garage and master bedroom . The gardens were upkept beautifully though and both the indoor and outdoor fireplaces were fantastic in the cooler weather.

Great spot

My family stayed at Bottlebrush Lodge over the Australia Day long weekend. The views of the valley are just magnificent and the house is very private - you feel like you have the valley all to yourself. The house is lovely and come with lots of good features such as the automatic pool cover, built in Sonos stereo system, games room and multiple bathrooms. It was plenty big enough for 8 adults and 2 children. If I can make a negative comment, while the house is really nice, but feels that it's a bit tired and dirty. I would recommend getting in a cleaner and maintenance guy in for a day to detail clean the place and fix a few things. For example, the window sills were filthy, there was a colony of cockroaches living in one of the bathroom drawers and the BBQ was covered in ants. On the maintenance side of things, there is obvious water damage to the ceiling in the living room which could use repair, there were door handles with a screw missing, so it just swung about, the BBQ lid handle was also missing a screw, making it difficult to take off and on. It were these little things that, considering we paid $1000 a night, we were slightly disappointed with. Ultimately, we really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend someone to stay at the house purely for the views and the great pool. Kangaroo Valley is just such a nice area, that it's definitely worth a visit.

Amazing views

Besides the mobile phone reception and lack of internet in the house, I can’t fault this beautiful house. Good size pool, plenty of space around the house, lots of board games and movies to watch are provided and a pool table! The view is amazing you can’t get enough of it. Will come back again!

Fantastic weekend

Away with the girls for the weekend and we couldn’t of picked a better location. The view was amazing, the house great. Big enough to have us all there, the pool and deck great. Sun lounges would of made it perfect. Bed rooms and bathrooms clean. Kitchen huge. We had a great stay and will look st booking for next year. Thanks

Great place for a big group!

This is one of the best houses for a large group we have rented. Amazing panoramic views, lovely pool, fire pit and absolute privacy - lots of room for 10 adults. You will feel a world away from Sydney. Would love to go back.

Lovely home - great holiday house

Our family of 6 adults and 2 children recently had a 3 night weekend stay here - what a great property! We loved the large open plan kitchen, dining and living spaces. Heaps of room to spread out and the open fire (wood supplied) was fantastic, it heated the areas beautifully. No need for air con. Bedroom and bathroom locations worked really well for us, beds were super comfy and all linen was clean and fresh. Separate rumpus/games room was a bonus and although we didnt use the pool or bbq, both were clean and ready to go - we hope to get back in Summer! Kangaroo Valley Getaways were quick and easy to deal with - thank you to the owners for providing a top holiday retreat!

Awesome property in a beautiful location!

We stayed at Bottlebrush Lodge for my partners 30th with a group of 5 friends. It was spectacular! We arrived on a Friday afternoon and it was storming, however that cleared up within the hour and it was bright blue skies again! The view from the property was incredible and everything in the property was homely. The oven needed a clean though, as we had put chicken to cook and realised we couldn't eat the other half of it because there was smoke coming from the oven - we noticed there was black remnants from something else on the bottom of it and it had't been cleaned off. Apart from that, which was minimal, we thoroughly enjoyed the house. We had such great weather and a whole pool day on the Saturday as it was 30 degrees! However that night we enjoyed making a fire in the close fire pit as it grew chilly. We really loved the fact that the place had a sonos sound system, this is something we have at home already and very familiar in using. It is great for adjusting where everyone is in the house. All the rooms in the house were immaculately clean and so was the pool, it was easy to figure out the pool cover etc too! Very good idea! Thank you so much for having us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we have decided that we woul love to come back next year too! Although, we never actually saw any Kangaroos on our weekend stay!

Great views but lots of little problems.

We chose this property specifically because it had a pool & a fireplace...A couple of days before we arrived we were advised that the fireplace was out of service so it couldn't be used. On arrival to the house, the pool cover couldn't be removed from the pool as the electronic switch was broken so we were unable to use the pool for our stay. The house is beautiful and the views are amazing, but for the price we were paying we were expecting facilities to be working. Cleanliness wasn't the best either. Freezer was full and very dirty. Was a nice stay but lacked the little touches that make a stay great.

If open log fires with a glass of your favourite red wine looking out over a misty covered valley is your idea of the perfect winter weekend, then you have found the perfect home. Spacious, well appointed, modern convienences, 4 large bedrooms, contemporary bathrooms, pool, out door fire pit, and wombats!.We had a wonderful time and dreaded leaving. Highly recommend, so long as you don't book us out as we'll be back!

Amazing!!! Speechless!

We had a lovely stay at Bottlebrush. The property had everything we needed plus more. The layout of the place with the large windows lets you take in the phenomenal view. I have never seen a more beautiful view anywhere I have stayed ever before. There where so many areas for the kids to play both inside and outside. We loved roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The agents where amazing and the owner very considerate. We will be back for sure and can't wait to use the pool! Thank you!!!!!!

Best thing about our stay was that Bottlebrush Lodge was exactly what we expected - amazing! The pictures online perfectly represent this beautiful property that has amazing views, a delightful open fireplace, fabulous spa bath, gourmet kitchen, BBQ, outdoor fire pit with log seats around it, comfortable beds, etc, etc. This is the perfect home to relax in with a group for a weekend or week. The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment needed to cook up some gourmet dinners... and we spent our time cooking, eating, lazing around the open fireplace and playing games. We were also greated with a bottle of local Yarrawarra Chambourcin (red wine) which was a nice surprise from the owners. The wine was so good we visited the Yarrawarra winery which is only about 6km down the road - the owners hosted a tasting for us and are great fun. The Bottlebrush Lodge owners communicated all the details that we needed to know, turned on lights and heating before we arrived and even checked at the end of our stay that we had a good time. I would highly recommend this property for a group getaway if you appreciate the finer things in life.

Beautiful escarpement views

Lovely house overlooking the escarpment. The swimming pool was wonderful. The furnishings were ample and in good condition. Instructions on how to use the sound system would have been useful. Access to Wi-Fi would have been useful as we had little to no mobile phone reception. Plenty of condiments etc. in the kitchen and laundry stocked with personal care items etc. and a reasonably good DVD collection. The BBQ was not clean (rusty and dirty) so we did not get to enjoy a meal cooked outdoors. Nevertheless the kitchen inside was more than sufficient.
