Hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, HVAC, ceiling fans, (4) Cable TV's, DVD, tile shower and jacuzzi tub in master bath. Amenities include Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Outside shower, Grilling area and private beach access with Gazebo. Great location near pier, restaurants and shopping. No Smoking. No Pets. No Golf Carts allowed. Linens included in weekly rates. Please call our office to inquire.Check-In: 3-5PM, Check-Out: 10:00AM.

Location!

We stayed here with our daughter and two grandchildren in August. The location was excellent with the pier right across the street and a lovely view of the ocean and all the activities. The condo was clean and well equipped. The condo community was so friendly and everyone we met outgoing and helpful. We’d return without hesitation! Check in was easy and rental company staff extremely helpful despite the busy season.

Beach getaway

The location of the property is excellent. It has a great ocean view, is within walking distance to several restaurants, and is a short walk from the beach. The cleanliness of the property could have been better, and it definitely needed to be sprayed for bugs.

Awesome week on Oak Island

It was a lovely spacious condo and well maintained. The ocean views, just across the street were so relaxing. Appreciated the elevator and ground level storage closet. Also very convenient parking.

Perfect place to stay

Easy check in. Easy check out. Home was exactly as pictured. Gorgeous interior of until and property. Easy walk to beach, pool, grills, elevators. Home was very clean and met our expectations. Only complaint was unanswered call from property management regarding 2nd parking pass that was needed.
