The house, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, were unacceptably dirty. The diswasher was so disgusting that we did all dishes by hand. The wooden furniture in our bedroom had woodwurm. The kitchen is not suitable for 4 people, way too small and very badly equipped. The airconditioning, especially upstairs, is not adequate: just one machine for the whole floor. The second bedroom and bed is too small for two adults. The furniture is old and very uncomfortable. This is certainly not a correct price for the poor quality offered.
