Holiday home with pool and boat dock in Empuria. Pets Allowed

Please note: We only rent from Saturday to Saturday.

The house is located in a quiet residential area on the main waterway. The comfortable equipment on approx. 80 square meters offers 5 persons optimal living quality. The living room with comfortable seating and separate dining area with seating for 5 invites you to linger. Of course, satellite TV is available. The fully equipped kitchen u. a. with 4 hotplates, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-u. Freezer leaves nothing to be desired. The 2 bathrooms, each with a shower, sink and toilet complete the picture. On the first floor are two bedrooms with a double bed and fitted wardrobes for the clothes. From the spacious terrace, with private pool, 4 chairs and 6 garden chairs, you have a magnificent view of the Lake Maurici and can watch the passing boats. The boat mooring at our house on the main waterway is 7.50 meters long. Washing machine available.

Empuriabrava is 'THE HIGHBURG' for parachutists

Perfect place to stay

This is a lovely villa in a beautiful location. Everything you need is available. It's located within easy driving distance of Barcelona, perpignan and many beautiful beaches, towns and villages.

Een huis met alles erop en eraan

Wij hebben het hier 14 dagen heerlijk naar ons zin gehad. Huis was helemaal top! Ook het zwembad was heerlijk en een prachtig uitzicht op het kanaal. Wel raden wij aan om voor de slaapkamers boven een ventilator mee te nemen omdat de airco beneden. De bovenverdieping niet koelt.
