It’s easy to get to the second-floor location with the on-site elevator, and you’ll love stepping out on your private balcony for views of the ocean and the Yaquina Head Lighthouse to the north. You’ll enjoy a comfy living room with a large flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen to make eating in a pleasure. Walk out your door to a beach access, or venture down the block to the Nye Beach District, a collection of unique shops and restaurants from a coffee house/bakery to upscale dining. You’re ten minutes by car to the Oregon Coast Aquarium or the fun shopping, dining and exploring of Newport’s Historic Bayfront and Marina. Perfect spot for winter/all season getaway.Unit is exact as destribed, very open and inviting. Close to the shops and restaurants, 3 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Great oceanfront property in a great location. Our goal was to visit the Oregon coast and this location in Newport was a perfect base camp for that adventure.

This little condo is in a perfect location. We love Nye Beach, and access to restaurants and shopping doesn't get much better. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The carpet is showing its age and has a musty odor. Our time was spent on the balcony or beach, so this was not much of an issue. There were no washcloths available, which was odd and likely just an oversight. Bed linens were clean and fresh.

We had great 8 night stay at the condo in Nye beach! Everything was like the photos and an accurate description. Meredith Lodging had excellent communication with us. We loved being so close to shopping, coffee, restaurants and the beach of course! Just a really relaxing place to be with everything we needed provided. The view was amazing and bed very comfortable. Nice having 2 bathrooms and a separate bedroom while staying so long. Very clean, great TV! The upstairs neighbors could be heard walking once in a while but only in the living room, not something to be concerned about unless you want total silence. Loved our stay, thank you!

Delayed checkin which they made right. There was a terrible odor upon arrival. Opening everything up and febreeze helped. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were super sad and flat. Everything else was great. The location and view made up for it all.

Memorial Day getaway

It was ok. Window washers were scheduled during our visit, which may have been communicated but not until we arrived (after our reservation was secured and paid for). The issue was that they needed to enter the unit mid day. Ended up being fine because we had plans to go to the aquarium but a little inconvenient, too. Texted the management company inquiring about directions regarding window washers and Also texted inquiring about directions regarding window washers and again no response. Had to communicate directly with the window washers to ensure they got into the unit, which they did without our assistance. A little annoying but not their fault. no response. A little annoying but not their fault.There was rusty nail poking out of the floor trim going into a bathroom that a kid could have easily sliced their foot on. We placed a towel over it for the weekend to avoid an injury. Texted a picture to the property manager and received no response.

Great ocean view

GPS can have you going the wrong way on one-way streets near the end if you aren't careful. Study the map before you get there so you can get to the right place.Once you get there and in the right parking space, the elevator is great for getting all your luggage up to the 2nd floor.The ocean view is beautiful and the balcony is great for sitting and enjoying it in the fresh air. The amenities are as described and we had a comfortable stay.Checking out wouldn't have been a problem IF the lockbox would lock to replace the key in! But nothing we tried worked. Finally, a worker who'd come to clean needed the key, and he relieved us of the key so we could leave. The places to find instructions were somewhat confusing, but we managed to find most of them, I think. All in all it was a lovely stay, practically on the beach, and with a beautiful ocean view!

The location and view are incredible. Access to Nye Beach is just a few short minutes away. It is a bit dated but nonetheless very comfortable. It did take us a while to find the lock box but once we did it was easy to access the property. It was nice to have an elevator and reserved parking. Would stay here again.

Great location and view, well appointed

First of all, the location and view are stunning. The condo is very well appointed and comfortable. The only thing about the check-in process was locating the lockbox with key, but we found it eventually. Would definitely stay there again.

1st Time

Great 1st time experience. Short term (2 nights) to find out how the location might work out for a longer term (2 weeks) stay in August. Customer service and property manager starff were great in helping us getting us on-board. Definately going ahead with longer term stay in August.

Beautiful View

The view is outstanding! There was red blood on a white towel which grossed me out and I felt the need to wash and insect everything I touched after that. Disappointed t about that. White shows everything!

October Visit

It was wonderful to be able to view the ocean every moment we were in the condo! Typical Oregon weather was conducive to stay in where it was warm,but that was not a problem for us. Location of property was so convenient for popping in to local shops and eateries.

Great View, Comfortable and Convenient

The apartment is a tad dated, but it was extremely CLEAN and the bed was comfortable. Quiet building. We asked the apartment manager for measuring cups and spoons, since there weren't any in the apartment, and they arrived at the door the same day. Convenient to Nye Beach and the rest of Newport. Great, unobstructed view of the ocean.

Beach vacay

The location was perfect. Right on the beach left the sliding glass door open to fully experience the ocean. We loved the location, Nye Beach. Lots of shops and restaurants.

Nye Beach

We loved the location and the beach. The condo had everything we needed It's close to all the restaurants and shops at Nye Beach. We also liked the gated parking lot. The one thing that I would recommend would be an update to the bedroom. A King size bed and rearrange the furniture. We would stay here again.
