Our mid town neighborhood is the ideal location to get to both the West Side (UCSC) & East Side (Seacliff Beach)
There is much to explore in this fantastic town!
Less than Two Miles from the Beaches and the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and two and a half miles from Downtown Capitola Village or Santa Cruz Shopping & Dining.
Full details on the Suite Space follow: Private Studio Suite Entrance behind locked combination entry gate:170 Square Feet. For your comfort Tempurpedic Queen Bed., Feather Down Pillows, Operational Skylights with Blackout Blinds, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Espresso Machine.
Your private suite is accessed via side yard locked gate and entry door keypad. It is attached to our main house on the first floor although there is No living space above your suite and your space is Extremely private, although you will share one small wall with our downstairs space of which many upgrades have been completed to ensure complete privacy and comfort for our guests, as well as ourselves. We're an adult family of three with no dogs or children, our UCSC student Nephew shares the same locked side yard entry gate but is very busy with school and work and you may not see him at all during your stay. There is a side yard bistro table and chairs for you to use and enjoy the Santa Cruz weather!
Note - if your not comfortable with anything you read in our description we prefer you not book to avoid any misunderstandings and/or ask any questions prior to booking, thanks for your understanding!

- No smoking allowed on the property or within 150 feet of the property
- No more that 2 guest at a time are allowed (no visitors except students visiting parents or similar)
- This is a two story family home of three adults. Your private space is 170 square feet and has its own private entrance and bathroom on the first floor.
-There is no living space above your space. Your space shares one small wall with our downstairs. Many upgrades have been made to ensure your complete privacy, and ours!
- Cat Note: We do have an inside our house/outside curious house cat that occasionally walks into the place during cleanings...if you are severely allergic.
- Please do not spray colognes or heavy perfumes inside - outside is fine.
- Quiet Hours 11pm - 7am
- We’d appreciate it if you would share a sentence or two regarding your visit to Santa Cruz.
