Great if you don't need sleep!
Bed mattress in bedroom had 0 support, which led to 0 sleep!
Great location, 1 block from beach. Updated bathroom. Kitchen is updated but space is tight. This location can accomodate no more than 2 people. Front door lock/handle needs to be replaced.
