Very convenient location - super proximity to the beach, as well as to the heart of our favorite Beach Haven places. Cute place and layout - just enough for 2 - nice porch with sitting area. Bothersome smell as soon as we opened the front door: a strong combination of heavy musty smell, plus chemical cleaners. We opened windows to air out, which helped, but wanted to mention as a word of caution for others who may also have a sensitive nose. When we got back home, we realized our clothing/belongings that were inside the rental smelled rather musty.

Yes! We are in a great location! and we are very proud to keep a very clean and spotless home. I do understand that you have a strong smell sensitivity. But these smells were not musty we have 6 windows in this two room apartment, its well ventilated, central air, we use Bona cleaning materials only. All tenants comment how clean and good smelling our home is. Thank you for your opinion.

Great location.

We were in town for a wedding and this rental was perfect for my family of three. We tacked on an extra day to enjoy the beach and Fantasy Island. Everything was in walking distance from the property so it was nice not needing to move the car after we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

Last minute getaway

This was just a quick getaway for a few days to relax by the beach. The location was perfect. Even in the off season there were enough restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the beach was right there. Maria was very helpful and accommodating.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment is cozy and charming and so close to the beach. We loved the porch and took advantage of the big side yard to catch some sun (too windy for the beach). One of the best things was to host Maria, who was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely consider renting here again.
