This 3 bedroom, two bath, Santa Fe style home is surrounded by gorgeous hills with unbelievable sunrises and sunsets. The home has a spectacular pool, private courtyard with rushing fountain, BBQ and smoker. Home is located three blocks from incredible hiking trails and .5 miles from free public pickle ball and tennis courts. Nine miles away from Coachella/Polo Fields, Indian Wells Tennis Center, seasonal art festival, and casino's with live music! Great for any occasion.

Even better than it looks!

We headed to LaQuinta at the last minute to escape the rain in our hometown and it this was the perfect place for our getaway. The house is much bigger than it looks in the photos and way more than the two of us needed for the week, but we were so comfortable. It would be comfortable for 6 or maybe even 8 guests. (There is plenty of room in the master to put little ones). The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need including a good selection of spices. The best part was the backyard--beautiful, private and charming. Felt like our own little secret garden. Highly recommend!

Great House - coming back

Lovely home and the listing was accurate. Perfect location - close to restaurants and golf. We played at PGA West which was very close. The pool was very clean and the back patio was a delight. Anything we needed was there. We can't wait to book it again.

This was the best birthday weekend with friends. I was so grateful to see how spacious the property is so no one felt like they were on top of each other. Very calm and quiet, polite neighbors and great vibes! Will be coming back!

What a lovely home!

The house is well laid out. We really enjoyed all the great artwork on all the walls. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and furniture. Really nice back yard with interesting plants and the pool area was also quaint and comfortable. If we ever return to La Quinta we would not hesitate to rent here again. I feel very confident advising anyone who reads this review that you too would love this home. Chris and Laura were very accessible with any questions we had and responded immediately. Thanks to you both.
